River view right next to cathedral. 2 things would say that was bed was the bed could of be more comfortable. Also toilet maybe needs fix noticed the water still running long after flush. Also small park for kids. I would stay again. '

I loved that it was easy to find, on the ground floor and great communication with the owner. The shower was great pressure and hot, which I appreciated. Great stay.'

'We have just returned from a lovely stay in Lossiemouth. Stuart was on hand to direct us to the flat which was a stones throw from the beach and play park. The flat slept six comfortably, my husband and I and four kids. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.'

'I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. 'The apartment was very clean. The kitchen was set up well with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, stove, oven, fridge, clothes washer, etc. There are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Just fyi, there is no dishwasher. There is also no a/c in the apartment and it gets very warm. I bought a couple fans and was comfortable but it is May and not overly hot like summer may be. Very complete, all very well thought out throughout to the minor details and all very clean. 'We had a beautiful time in the cottage, which is comfy and has all, one needs. The extra pluses are the spectacular view acrossthe firth and the host Tim, who was very helpful, gentle and is an expertin dolphin spotting.'

For visiting several touristic places as well for exploring the beautiful nature nearby. His idea of meeting in the sitting room at evenings surprised us in a positive way. 'The first 3 nights we were there the bed frame wasn’t stable and wooden slats either broke or fell out. The toilet wouldn’t always flush. I had to take the tank lid off and push down on the blue ball so the tank would fill with water. Then we were able to flush. Rental agency claimed toilet flushed ok when they supposedly fixed bed slats. Living room loveseats very uncomfortable. One has no cushion and you feel the wooden slats only. '

'Check in is easy with lock box. Very clean throughout. Comfortable for the group. Hot tub a real pleasure with gorgeous sunsets to finish the day. Roads around the property are farm tracks so a little care needed. We found the road past the care home a better route to and from the property. If in the area again would look to rent this property.'
