'The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center.
The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future!

'Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The room was very modern and lovely & clean. When we did stay it was a very hot weekend where the room was hot, would of been nice if there was a fan in the room that we could of used.
Free parking which is an added bonus. Only short walk into Colchesters main town. Would recommend to anyone.'

'A large suite with separate bedroom and bathroom, both of a very generous size. This was offered as an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. Staff most attentive and food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended.'

'Hotel was excellent, close by the town centre. Service was also excellent and our room was spacious with an enormous bathroom and superb shower. Our only down side was the size of the bed, it was hardly the kingsize to which we are accustomed so we did not sleep well together, would make sure we had twin beds if we stayed again. Otherwise we rate this hotel highly.'

Understand maintenance is required, but drilling at 8am on any day, especially a Sunday was unacceptable, also without any notice. '
