'The hotel was very clean and a really nice place to stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My only frustration was my was was never cleaned until I requested at the front desk for the third time, which was the day before my trip ended. I had to request my linen to be changed twice. I feel I was not a priority during my stay. I was there for 8 days. Initially, I was told room are cleaned every other day and clearly, that was not the case. I had to keep requesting towels. 'We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.'
