'The room is old with very little amenities. No elevator many stairs. The stairs are not your things stay away. Steve was not very accommodating. You had to beg for drinks and bed for towels. I’d only recommend it for a very short day.'

George was especially helpful, and the front desk team was always polite, accommodating, and professional. We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. My favorite part of the hotel was the rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking Old San Juan....

'The Hotel was really cute. It is an artsy place and gives an authentic Puerto Rican vibe. The clerk was friendly and helpful in suggesting some places to eat at that hour, and he gave really thorough instructions on what to do if staying out past 11 pm for safety reasons. The hotel provided two hot tubs and a place to chill on the rooftop on both ends of the hallway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very attractive with its mosaic tile flooring. The only issue I...

'The place itself is fantastic! It is close to Old San Juan and all of its historical spots and landmarks. The hotel is clean, safe, and even luxurious for the price. A winebar/restaurant is next door, connected to the hotel for added convenience. The ONLY reason I do not give it 5 stars (for Reference, i stayed one night) is that the staff is not readily available at the front desk. However, they have a sign to reach them directly thru WhatsApp and they are very responsive when you send them...
