'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'The amenities and private beaches were excellent. Some of the staff interactions however were dubious. It made me rethink coming back. Mark at the front desk, however, was top tier. They need more employees like Mark. He was a highlight of our stay. '

'i can’t say enough about the staff!! they are magnificent. Every amenity is anticipated before you ask. the beach staff is on the ball every minute. the beach itself is captivating. The Beach Club has the beautiful versailles gardens that are breathtaking and the grounds ooze history of opulence. '

'There's a problem with the housekeeping. They were supposed to clean our room every day. We complained about it several times, but they never did it, until the last day, when they did the bed, but nothing more. It was really disappointing.'

'The hotel stay was great for our family; we traveled with a group of 13. It was great to have access to Atlantis every day! The rooms were very spacious; the staff were so kind. Started every day off with a great good morning from the cleaning staff in the hall! Breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh! Make sure you get the wings. Soo good! We ate 2 dinners at the restaurant, the steak dinner was my go too after seeing someone else have it. '

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...
