'Een dikke week hier verbleven. Op zich prima hotel. Alleen personeel is super ongemotiveerd. Zijn niet behulpzaam en allemaal liever lui dan behulpzaam. 4 keer geen handdoeken in de badkamer na schoonmaak. Iedere dag geen lepels op tafel. Moeilijk om restaurant te boeken. Altijd vol of de des treffen de persoon moet aanwezig. Klantvriendelijkheid is echt verschrikkelijk '

'I think this might be my new favorite place. It was absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful, with so many seating options. I stayed at one of the beds with matrassen overlooking the ocean, reading my books. All day long. The lagoon was beautiful as well and I didn’t go in the pool but it’s great it’s there. Whenever we request towels, kitchen utensils, the service will take long.
Also it is a good idea to have a restroom with more privacy, at least a regular door not transparent, also to include ice dispensers on every floor or at least some floors. '

"The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. "
