Vind je ideale hotel in Coral Harbour

'Looks abandoned, no tiki bar or restaurant as adverised place is run down . Some structures falling apart. rooms are really outdated. Furniture inside the room is worn looks really old. I ended up paying a hundred dollars to switch my flight to the same day and then not stay spend the night.'

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. '

'Great Hotel we enjoyed our stay ofcourse its dated but it met our requirements bed was comfy and thats all we really cared as we are out all day touring the island. It has small pool which is 24/7 loved how convenient that is to take a dip at 2am. They have access to private beach ⛱️ 2min walk just have to cross the road its locked 🔒 as its private. Staff is great 👍 i wont mind coming back again... especially if youre into touring the island vs staying at a resort.. if you dont mind...

'Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold. '

'Do not advertise rhat an airport shuttle is available if there is no shuttle service provided. Roon 210 has a bed with a hole in it. This is very uncomfortable. There arw small roaches running about in the bathroom and even one was seen in the dining area where the juices are'

'The staff were very nice, but they didn’t tell me I had to pay a cash deposit till I got there, had to walk down the street to an atm in the dark, the sheets on the bed weren’t really fitted sheets, did not feel the safest there. Was good walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and bars.'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone building! Can't hardly see the advised number sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great!
