'The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...

'Not the best place I have stayed. There are some issues with this hotel & Inn, or however you want to call it. For example, they installed the containers for body wash and shampoo on my hotel's bathroom wall. But they never filled it up with actual bodywash and shampoo. 'Staff were friendly and the property was secure'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...
