'Close to airport. Great value'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Staff is a hit or miss either there very nice and attentive or the complete opposite rude and could care less to help or provide service especially around the pool and beech area.'

'The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic. '

'Great Hotel we enjoyed our stay ofcourse its dated but it met our requirements bed was comfy and thats all we really cared as we are out all day touring the island. It has small pool which is 24/7 loved how convenient that is to take a dip at 2am. They have access to private beach ⛱️ 2min walk just have to cross the road its locked 🔒 as its private. Staff is great 👍 i wont mind coming back again... especially if youre into touring the island vs staying at a resort.. if you dont mind...

'The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. '

'The location is awesome. Beach is pretty private. When we stayed, the outdoor bar was not open. The restaurant was also closed. We had rented a car, so getting our own food was easy. Kitchen was furnished with all we needed except a toaster. Restaurants were a few miles away, so cooking our own food...at least breakfast was necessary. The property is beautiful and currently being renovated. Vanessa is an awesome host and was always available for our needs. If you are looking for a quiet...

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '
