The beds were SUPER comfortable and the property was beautiful. The trees offered fresh delicious mangos for your eating. It was easy to find, getting in and out and locking the door was easy and such a breeze. I literally have ZERO complaints. My only recommendation would be to have a rental car as taxis...

'We (myself, husband, and daughter) visited The Cove Atlantis for the first time a week ago. While we were there we checked out all the other Atlantis hotels, Royal, Reef, etc. and we can say without a doubt that The Cove was the most quiet, upscale, luxurious one! The hotel and its restaurants and pools were clean, the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful and the shuttle service (every 10 minutes) was top notch. We will definitely be back!'

'Een dikke week hier verbleven. Op zich prima hotel. Alleen personeel is super ongemotiveerd. Zijn niet behulpzaam en allemaal liever lui dan behulpzaam. 4 keer geen handdoeken in de badkamer na schoonmaak. Iedere dag geen lepels op tafel. Moeilijk om restaurant te boeken. Altijd vol of de des treffen de persoon moet aanwezig. Klantvriendelijkheid is echt verschrikkelijk '

'My overall experience at Riu was great -it's a kind of bare bones type of resort that has a good pool and is steps from the beach and was beautiful. I went for a solo birthday trip and when I came back to the hotel from my excursion, they had decorated my room with balloons and confetti and brought me a cake that said happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful and amazing surprise. :D '

"Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. "
