Oude stad en de Colorado State University op een steenworp afstand ... Prachtig!

Dit elegante historische huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van de oude binnenstad van Fort Collins en de prachtige campus Colorado State University. Old Town is een charmant bewaard gebleven centrum met meer dan 80 restaurants. Het pittoreske gebied was de inspiratie achter Disneyland's "Main Street USA". Fort Collins is trots op de overvloed aan restaurants en buitenactiviteiten, een bruisend centrum en natuurlijk ons ​​bier. Fort Collins is altijd vol met dingen om te doen, ongeacht het seizoen.

Het pand is zorgvuldig onderhouden, volledig gerenoveerd in 2017 en is ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt van servetten tot zeep tot servies en alles daartussenin!

Het huis slaapt 4 in twee bedden van de Koningin. Er is een mooie gastronomische keuken, een wasmachine / droger en een veranda om de voorbijgangers te bekijken en te genieten van de levendigheid van de oude stad. Ook inbegrepen is een achterdek met uitzicht op de tuin voor al uw entertainmentbehoeften :))

Loved everything about our stay in this lovely home!! The location was perfect! We walked to bars and restaurants that were right around the corner! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and hanging out on the back porch too! It was very clean and worked perfect for our football weekend at CSU! We will be back for sure!

Lovely house , conveniently close to University campus

Really pleasant, well-maintained and scrupulously clean property that was very comfortable and very convenient for access to the university campus and a number of nearby restaurants. Communication with the landlord was fast, efficient and very helpful, and the nice garden out back was a plus. Landlord was also flexible regarding one of my requests and very pleasant to deal with. Great Place Great Location

My family and I were visiting for our daughter's CSU orientation in July. The house is conveniently located near campus and the center of town but still on a quiet street with quaint old houses. We walked everywhere. The house has all the amenities you need and air conditioning too! Harriet sent along a great list of places to eat and things to do which was a gem we'll keep since we'll be visiting often.

Wonderful property

Great stay while touring CSU!

Enjoyed the stay during a quick girls weekend getaway to Fort Collins. The house is spacious with a great backyard & deck to unwind after a day/night exploring the area. Charming home in ideal location

This historic home is both charming and comfortable outside and inside. The backyard space, including a large deck, was well manicured and relaxing. The inside is wonderfully refurbished with up-to-date living comforts, including kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living area. The kitchen area, with sitting space for 2 on the island, is well stocked with modern appliances and plenty of room for function. There is plenty of room for parking and space in both the backyard and front of house to relax outside. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store and all the shops and restaurants in Old Towne.

The perfect place to call home while away!

We had an amazing 10 day stay at 640 Remington! The house was beautiful, charming and very welcoming. It was clean and functioned perfectly as our home away from home. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning and wine while barbecuing on the back patio overlooking the lovely backyard. The location is ideal and we can’t wait to return! Charming house near CSU

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights while she was moving into CSU. The house is charming and is in a charming neighborhood about 5 minutes' walk from the campus as well as an assortment of restaurants. Harriet was very flexible in the arrangements, was fast to respond to communications, and reached out to us periodically to ensure all was going well. Although this is a downstairs unit and there were other renters upstairs, we didn't find it to be a problem. The downstairs unit has the advantage of opening out onto a covered porch and the backyard - we ate outside one night. I would definitely stay here again for a future visit.
