PRIJZEN ZIJN INCLUSIEF ONDERDAKBELASTING (7%), PRIJZEN ZIJN INCLUSIEF VERKOOPBELASTING (3. 7%) Deze accommodatie is perfect voor zakenmensen, buitenbewuste koppels en kleine gezinnen en gasten die Colorado State University bezoeken. Het is een huis met twee slaapkamers en een badkamer dat het complete pakket van Old Town-stijl en New Town-comfort is. De accommodatie bevindt zich op loop- of fietsafstand van het historische centrum van Fort Collins, dat een grote verscheidenheid aan restaurants, brouwerijen en winkels herbergt. Het is zelfs nog dichter bij CSU, City Park en Beavers supermarkt. City Park heeft een geweldige speeltuin, tennisbanen, picknickplaatsen, wandelpaden, een vijver, een openbaar zwembad met glijbanen, fitnessstations in de buitenlucht en veel groen gras om te ontspannen. De accommodatie ligt aan de rechterkant van de stad voor slechts een korte autorit naar Horsetooth Reservoir, waar gasten toegang hebben tot vele mogelijkheden om te wandelen, mountainbiken en wielrennen, bergbeklimmen en watersporten. Dit huis is een comfortabele ruimte voor een individu of voor een gezin van vier. Het is fris en overzichtelijk en het is volledig gerenoveerd. Beide slaapkamers hebben gloednieuwe Dunlopillo-matrassen en beddengoed voor een goede nachtrust. De details in de keuken en badkamer zijn een perfecte balans tussen oud en nieuw. Het volwassen landschap in de voortuin verwelkomt u in het huis, en in de achtertuin zorgt het ervoor dat u wilt blijven en rondhangen om te genieten van de Colorado-zon.

We had a wonderful stay at this fully renovated Old Town cottage. The home is beautifully updated while still keeping its charm, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn’t be better — just minutes from downtown and ab beautiful city park, making it easy to explore the area without ever needing to drive far.The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, and the cottage itself feels like a peaceful retreat after a day out. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and comfort, and we would happily stay here again.

This is our second stay in Shields Cottage - and even with our Ram graduating this Spring, we doubt it will be our last. The host is fabulous; kind and responsive. The cottage decor is sweet and makes for a comfortable temporary home with all the right touches and extras.

Cutest Cottage there ever was!

Such a darling place with so much charm & character! The home was comfortable, inviting, and had everything we could possibly need. Fort Collins Gem

This is a very cute house that was comfortable, homey and well supplied with every essential item that we needed. We really enjoyed the location within the Fort Collins area and the neighborhood itself. The street was blocked off for construction so the quietness may have been due to that, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing that was not pleasant and is not the fault of the owner, is the neighbor next door who smokes weed all day long. It was present on the front porch, back deck and the smell would also get into the house when the doors opened. While we totally hate that smell, and it was pretty regular, we would probably stay here again as it really is a charmer.

So cute and comfortable!

Enjoyed the outdoors as much as the indoors. The house is well appointed and just the right size for the two of us. The back yard and front yard were of about equal size. Enjoyed reading on the front porch! The long driveway makes the address on a busy street feel really safe.The house is also well located to all the fun restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities that Fort Collins has to offer.

My husband and I stayed while our furry family member had surgery at CSU. The cottage was adorable and very comfortable and had everything we could need. The front yard was perfect for our little dog as it is set back from the road! Amy was a wonderful and receptive host!

This was the perfect little place for our family to call home base. We loved the location and it allowed us to venture to RMNP, Estes Park, and all over Fort Collins! The backyard was an oasis for our pups! The host even let out pups out and dropped off a cookie for my kids one afternoon! Definitely recommend this sweet spot in Fort Collins!

Charming Hobbit Cottage

Shields Cottage is a perfect selection for a relaxing stay in Fort Collins. The host has provided everything needed for an enjoyable visit: lovely furnishings; comfortable beds; and fully-equipped kitchen. It is conveniently located in town, yet the landscaping gives a feeling of seclusion. A variety of flowers blooming in both the front and back yards are a special treat. We enjoyed every moment at this charming hobbit cottage and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this sweet cottage. It’s set back off the road, and has a lovely, private fenced backyard. Artful decor with some thoughtful holiday additions. Super comfy beds and very clean. We’d definitely choose to stay here again.
