'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great. The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'

'Bar staff not the most attentive. Ordered sandwiches after a long ride and 20 minutes later when I went to pick them up, the order was never given to the cook. Bar staff was not going to say anything until I saw her entering in the order and called her out on it'

'Unfortunately due a 'glitch' on their system I was charged twice for my room, this was resolved after a couple of days. The management emailed me with a full explanation of the problem and how they were going to solve it along with a full apology. We all make mistakes, in the end it was their great customer care that impressed me. I'm looking forward to staying with them again.'
