Staff was extremely responsive via text message during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Rooms were dark decor but probably this is keeping with colonial period theme decor. 'Great location. Very good condition. Shower control has flow control too. I hate hotels where you can't control the flow. We did tell the hotel. It would be nice if they had more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang the bathtubs. Also, if you don't want to pay the valet service you can just drive your car yourself to the Foundry garage 3 blocks away. Breakfast was good. 'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great.
The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'

'Have been to Coachman several times. Its not the Ritz Carlton, but its a clean, reliable motor lodge. Located within the Kittery Outlet shopping area. There are several excellent restaurants within a two-minute drive. Excellent choice for an overnight stay.'

We had a private screened in porch with seating, a lovely bedroom area with a King bed and soft. luxurious sheets. There was also a sitting or small living room area with a refrigerator and a beautifully done, renovated bathroom. The Inn was walking distance to the center of town. We highly recommend this Inn.
