'We stayed over the Christmas Prelude weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm in a very cold weekend. Overall a great stay and we would stay again for sure. '

'Room was very clean. It was off season so we were not in the main hotel. We were put in the Coveside. No view of the ocean at all. No instructions for the coffee pot, Nespresso, ended up with water all over the counter. Vague instruction for the TV, couldn't get live sports games.'

'I’ve booked a king size and get queen size. Why I am being charged for kings while I had a queen size? The staff was rude and she gives us the explanations of her dog is dying. We made the best of it but the staff told us that she will rectify this on Monday but today is Tuesday. I am being charged and getting something else. '
