'the man at the reception didn't like his job very much. I didn't care that he wore a furhat the whole day but the only word that came out of him during our stay was "room". No hello, nothing. Very uninterested. Bad PR...'
'We had a wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly, rooms were spacious, quiet, and clean. Loved the chocolate chip cookies at 6pm. Short drive to Kennebunkport. Would highly recommend!'
'The 1802 House is a charming bed and breakfast in beautiful Kennebunkport. Juliana welcomed us and was a truly wonderful host. The inn is lovely and breakfast was top rate. Our only complaint is that our stay was so short! We would absolutely stay at The 1802 House again when in Kennebunkport amd would recommend a stay there to family and friends. '

'Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.
Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. '
'I liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy.'

The only/major problem is the parking, very small spots and designation of room number to parking spot didn't allow larger cars/trucks to pick a spot where they could fit. We had to work quite hard to get our truck into our spot then didn't move it because of difficulty parking, this hindered most of our sightseeing greatly. Other than parking, the Rebekah was wonderful!'
'Everything is brand new! Beds were extremely comphy, right on the beach with a shower for rinsing coming off the sand. Pool is clean and well kept, picnic tables right on site for family dining options, walkable to everything. We will be back, loved it here! The best part was the staff, friendly, hardworking and extremely inviting! '
'Park here, and you can walk all of central Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Really convenient location. The building isn’t new, but it is beautifully maintained and really clean. Comfortable beds, great shower in the bathroom, friendly staff. This will be the place we always stay when we return.'

"We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!"
