'Our stay was great. It was a nice place to sleep and close to all the locations we wanted to explore. It was a cozy stay and the woman I was communicating with was very friendly. The motel room itself was a little old and not well lit. They did a nice job decorating but you can tell there are some fixes that need to be done. But hey, overall, I would recommend it to someone, it’s just a cozy affordable place to stay. '

'Overall, it was ok. The room had a hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but usable. The pool was amazing! The concrete around the pool was heaving and definitely needs to be repaired. The decking in there also needs to be repaired as we got slivers from it. There was a lot of traffic, and people outside with all of their belongings, just sitting there. Not a bad location, to the beach or other amenities, but it was ok.'

'The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

'Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out.'

'We stayed here during Prelude time and had the pleasure of being served by Carmen and her wonderful team. Our room was meticulously clean, and the Inn offered such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional—from breakfast to the thoughtfully provided wine and snack options. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!'

'Had to listen to barking dogs all evening. When we called the front desk they said they would call the owners. Apparently with no success. They said because they are pet friendly there wasn’t anything more they could do'

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. It is our second time. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere we needed. One block from the waterfront. Very walkable. Our unit came with a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a multi cooking option stove. Beautiful place settings, and every tool you could possibly need to prepare a full meal. We actually hosted a dinner party during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond by providing extra place settings and making sure...

'Bar in hotel was both friendly and sophisticated without being stuffy. The best burger I'be eaten in years! Ask for Menna at the bar, he is the host with the most. '

'Great place to stay for a getaway. Breakfast is outstanding, hostess and her husband prepare fresh ingredients with three tasty courses. Rooms are well decorated, clean, bright and comfortable. We stayed there in 2001 and again in 2025. Our favorite in Kennebunk Port. '

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'

'The Blind Tiger was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in! The location was perfect – far enough away from the "bustle" of downtown but close enough to walk to many spots (Smalls was a favorite!). The daily breakfast was so great and the room, my goodness! Adorable, perfect, comfortable... best sleep of my life! Maggie was so helpful and accommodating and made our stay really special. All in all, highly recommend!'

'This was my first trip away since having kids 12 years ago. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The parking lot, lobby, halls and room were very clean. Our dinner and breakfast at the Inn were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors complimented each other well. It was difficult to make a choice on what to order. We didn't have a pet with us but did see several dogs during dining and were impressed with dog menu. I would highly recommend to anyone...
