Absolutely fabulous location for a number of Maine beaches. We prefer Goose Rocks Beach. The inn has beach towels, beach chairs and even bikes that are easy to grab and go. Also very close to Dock Square in the port.

'Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.
Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. '

'I liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy.'

It was clean and bathroom updated. The continental breakfast was a welcome treat for a quick yogurt and coffee. It’s a small hotel, no elevator. So if you have walking issues, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room. '

There is no air conditioning in the rooms just 2 fans but as long as it’s not over 82 degrees you are fine. The room we stayed in was near the outdoor lighting so you had to pull down your shades fully which also hampered airflow into the room. 'My family loved staying here! Having 2 bedrooms with a family of 5 was great. We loved that the pools closed a little later than most hotels, we had enough time to enjoy our day, get dinner, then go for a night swim. We borrowed dvds from the hotel to watch but the remote for the dvd player was missing but Desmond, the employee was great! He came to our condo immediately to try to help. We were able to figure out how to screen mirror our phone to be able to play a movie. Thank you! '

It did the trick for what we needed. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Small refrigerator and microwave. It’s an easy drive to anywhere in the area. I do recommend.'
