'Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance. '

'Relaxing property nestled in the woods, just a few minutes drive from Kennebunkport. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Everything was incredibly clean, the room and bathroom were larger than I expected, and relatively quiet with a small number of rooms. Multiple outdoor seating areas, not a heavily trafficked road. The woman working the check in was so sweet and lovely to chat with. Gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. Would absolutely stay here again for the comfort.'

'Just stayed 1 night with our dog. We were limited by our dog as to which room we could pick. The dog fee is very reasonable, stayed at other places in the area and they over charge for the pet fee. It did the trick for what we needed. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Small refrigerator and microwave. It’s an easy drive to anywhere in the area. I do recommend.'

'The Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel is located right on the beach which is literally steps from our room to the beach with direct access from the hotel stairs into the beach. From our oceanfront room, we were able to see the amazing sunrise which is definitely a plus! The only downside is that there is no elevator and no restaurant in the hotel.'

'My reservation did not show up but the hotel gave me a room since I had proof of payment and reservation from hotels.com. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good and convenient. Pool was heated and accessible 8am-10pm so a lot of the day. Plan to stay again. '

'Beautiful B & B with wonderful hosts. Had an amazing a couple of nights with my husband that included personal services and a three course breakfast. Couldn't be more happier about our stay. The room was super clean and the sheets were very cozy. Hope to stay there again in the future.'

'It was just a place to sleep one night as my family was in a rental on the beach but it was pretty much perfect other than the shower floor creaking in spots and the wand missing but that’s trivial. The bed was very comfortable great ac with the heat pump and a very good size room for the price would definitely book again'
