'Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.
Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. '

'I liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy.'

'Everything was excellent except one critical thing. The pool lounge chairs/beds have a metal bar that puts pressure on your lower spine and is painful after 15 min. Very uncomfortable and unforgetable.'

There is no air conditioning in the rooms just 2 fans but as long as it’s not over 82 degrees you are fine. The room we stayed in was near the outdoor lighting so you had to pull down your shades fully which also hampered airflow into the room.
