I especially appreciated how secure the property felt, with locked gates around the courtyard providing peace of mind. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my prescription sunglasses behind, and Christine went above and beyond to reach out to me and make sure they were mailed back safely. I’m so grateful for her...

Bathroom was dated but clean. Had issues with shower at first. The push-rod tub faccett deverter was broken. I had to stick my finger into the spout to engage the diverter to get water out of the shower-head. No big deal, but other guest without common sense and knowledge would have been dumbfounded and would had to call the Lobby . Room 121'
