'Paul and Barbie were very attentive hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions. It is an older home but well kept up. The patio is large and private and the neighborhood is quiet. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We were there for a month and enjoyed walking the De Anza trail which is just a few blocks away.'

'Of all the places we have stayed, we have never met a more accommodating, courteous, and helpful person. He personally welcomed us upon arrival and returned to say good-bye when we departed. The host is extraordinarily kind and thoughtful. The property had everything you needed and even when I managed to clog a sink, he was there within 10 minutes to resolve the matter with a smile and laughter. He made you feel like a life-long friend.'

'As you can see with my rating I would stay again. But the furniture in the television room was extremely broken down. We spent most of our time in the other room which had very comfortable furniture. I have issues with my back and could not sit for more than 30 minutes in the television room.'

'The home interior has been newly renovated with new furnishings, and a well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is very walkable and the neighbors were very friendly. The owners provided memberships for Green Valley Recreation (GVR) for all four of us, and were very respectful and responded immediately when we had a question. 'While the space met our needs, I feel it neccessary to share a couple of items: The master bedroom door doesn't stay shut on its own, had to use a towel all week, the dryer is tumbling, but doesn't dry clothes, and there was no cable TV (local stations, or channels to watch NCAA basketball the whole week we were there, which was really disappointing. I ended up having to subscribe to YouTube TV just to watch the games! The wine and snacks left by the owner were nice, but these other items made...

'The property is as described. It is a little more remote then we thought, however, once we got our bearings we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The birds were fabulous, we didn’t realize we were in a prime location for bird watching. We purchased some suet at the bird store in Tubac at sat back a watched the action.
