We spent 4 nights in March 2026 in this beautiful rental. This condo has everything we needed for a great stay. It’s decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies that made it really easy to prepare a meal @ the condo. The host also left many extras in the bathroom that are so helpful for travelers, especially sun tan lotion. The view of the waterway from the outside balcony/ deck is just gorgeous and relaxing as the boats pass by all day long. Also, beautiful sunsets. The condo was immaculate, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet and dresser space. The condo is on the 2nd floor and easily accessible via elevator or stairs. We also enjoyed the pool and the lounge chairs outside. Excellent choice for a relaxing vacation!

Second stay here. Wonderful views on deck to watch the boats and sunset! Quiet location. MaryRose has excellent, prompt communication. 10/10 cleanliness. Kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable bed. Great walking distance from ocean and restaurants too. Toiletries/sunscreen available in case something was forgotten.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay, the condo was very clean and neat with great appointments, very well equipped, and even decorated for Christmas. We stayed for Christmas… which is also my birthday through New Year’s Day. Maryrose was an excellent host, and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely book here again

Fantastic second floor, one bedroom condo with a spacious balcony facing the Intracoastal Waterway. Clean, cozy, comfortable unit that was well stocked with everything I needed to cook dinners in the kitchen and even do a load of wash! Excellent location within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication and detailed directions were a big help. I will certainly return the next time I’m in FTL!

This location is great: right on the ICW to watch light boat traffic, great sunrise and sunset views. It is close to many places to eat and drink. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean with all the necessities included. Check-in and check-out was easy. Will stay here again when in Ft Lauderdale!

This particular condo had the best view in the corner unit on the second floor. Maryrose was quick to answer the questions I had about small things. After many years of being in a very noisy environment in Ft Lauderdale, the privacy and the quiet of this complex is so refreshing. Maryrose added a whole bunch of nice touches and even had coffee pods and a tin of great coffee. We will stay there again for sure.

Perfect spot to Ft Lauderdale. Views are great watching boats go past. Little pool and the seats on the dock were great. Walking distance to everything. Place had everything you need including little things like having plenty of coffee and sunscreen! Really enjoyed and would stay again.

First off the communication with Maryrose was incredible, she was extremely responsive even when my travel plans shifted. Her place is BEAUTIFUL and even better than what is portrayed in the listing photos, bright open and clean. The property is in a wonderful location, right on the water yet tucked in a quieter area, a win win for me! It was walkable to many brunch and dinner spots and a convenient location to the water taxi and the beach access. The pool was rarely utilized by other guests so it really felt like you had the place to yourself! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great trip experience Maryrose!!

We had such a nice stay at Maryrose's place. The balcony has an amazing view, we spent so much time relaxing outside. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and the beach. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and for the beach.

Great Condo Right Next To Everything

I stayed at MaryRose’s place for 5 nights. I was in town for a business trip, but wanted to stay close to the beach and in close proximity to Restaurants. Mission accomplished! This Condo is one of the best units in the building. Second floor, corner unit with a balcony and beautiful views of the intercostal with boat/yacht traffic. I will definitely stay again when I am back in town!
