Updated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow with lots of outdoor space, great as a resting spot for a south florida getaway or for use to safely entertain.
The house is located on a large lot which also has a Cottage studio that is used by the owner and occasional rental guests. Guests are able to rent the entire property upon request.
The space
The house has recently been refreshed both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding, the property has a comfortable interior and multiple outdoor seating areas.

At the rear of the property there is cottage studio that is currently available for rent by other guests.

Guests may see or hear the owner or other Airbnb guest enter and exit though a separate entrance to access the cottage throughout the day.

Do not use the outdoor areas of the back unit without approval.

Guest access
Guest are welcome to all areas associated with the rental unit, this includes all indoor areas, the front garden and the outdoor living area off of the kitchen.

Guest may also access the fire pit seating area.

Without prior approval, guests may not utilize the patio area attached to the cottage at the rear of the property.

Any guests or pets visiting or staying at the property outside of the those listed in the original reservation request, require approval from the owner or property manager. Violating this will result in reporting to Airbnb and a fee for each guest and loss of access to the property until fees are collected.
Other things to note
Landscapers visit every two weeks to provide regular maintenance to the outdoor spaces on the property.

Due to the climate in Florida, you will likely see pests around the property and likely inside the house. We do take preventative measures to reduce pests including regular pest control application and using traps. Please note that seasons, including rainy season in the summer will increase the likelihood of lizards, bugs and pests.
