GROTE TV'S IN ELKE KAMER, 250 KANALEN ALLE KAMERS FLATSCHERM HBO, CINIMAX, SHOWTIME, STARZ, ENCORE, UPGRADED SILVERWARE, KAMER DECOR IN ELKE KAMER. Geniet ook van de 2 parken binnen 100 meter van de achtertuin, beide bereikbaar per boot is Deerfield Island Park en Sullivan Park met schaduwrijke speeltuinen, kleurrijke splash pad, picknickpaviljoen en gratis aanlegsteiger. ELKE KAMER IS ALLEEN REMODELED. DEZE EIGENSCHAP IS VOLLEDIG GEMEUBILEERD MET ALLES NODIG VOOR UW VAKANTIE. U kunt paddle-board of kajakken (niet meegeleverd) op een korte 50 yard afstand van een privé-eiland met een eigen privéstrand op slechts 100 meter afstand van de achtertuin of de meegeleverde fietsen op de weg nemen om op het strand te zijn. Wij bieden fietsen, strandstoelen, badhanddoeken, alle keuken- en badkamerbehoeften, tuinmeubilair, ontbijt- en eetgedeelte. Gasten zullen zeker genieten van een onvergetelijke vakantie in dit huis met 3 slaapkamers / 3 badkamers / 2 auto's / in de kleine haven. De ruimte is comfortabel voor het slapen tot 8 personen. Geniet van een spectaculair uitzicht vanuit elke kamer van het intra-coastal en private Deerfield parkeiland direct achter dit huis. De accommodatie ligt op slechts enkele minuten van alle beste attracties en restaurants in Deerfield Beach. Als u op het water en dicht bij het strand wilt zijn, is er geen andere woning in Deerfield die u dichter bij het strand brengt dan deze. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd maar is de hele dag in de volle zon, dus het water is nooit te koud om van te genieten. Geen jacuzzi op onroerend goed. Geniet van de lokale voorzieningen van varen, vissen, kajakken, paddleboarden, jetski's, fietsen, watergidsen, nachtleven restaurants en bars, volleybalvelden direct aan het strand, en nog veel meer .... Overall great property! There was a lot of do’s & don’ts on signs all around the property. When we go on vacation we like to have fun, not follow a million rules. Be careful with the step ups throughout the property, as I broke my toe on one of them the first day.

The home was perfect for our group. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The kids, aged 8 to 11 fished from 7 am until bedtime, with ocassional dips in the heated pool. We hope the home is awailable the next time we visit the area.

High end location with a view..

Enjoyed my stay and had a wonderful time just sitting outside watching the boats and people going by. Lots to do. Wish there were kayaks for just one person. There should have been a yellow line outside on in the pool area to warn people there’s a step down. Especially for disabled people such as my self.

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 older teenage kids! We took advantage of everything the property had to offer including the pool, grill, kayaks, fishing off the dock, walks through the neighborhood and more! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host is very responsive as well. So happy with our choice to stay here!

Inlet for the Intracostal Water View - Outstanding!

We had a wonderful time at this location. Not inexpensive, but you are paying for an outstanding view. A regular stream of boats come by, while looking across the waterway to one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Boca Raton. The house is in Deerfield Beach, but just across the waterway is Boca Raton. The house itself was very good. Clean, with a good size swimming pool. Note that one of the full bathrooms is accessible only from the pool area outside. We actually liked that as it became the guest bathroom for the few visitors who stopped by. The master bedroom is a good size with sliders right out to the pool area. For those, like me, who prefer the shade, there is plenty of awning space outside to accomodate those who prefer to avoid the sun. A shuffleboard court is on the property and there are many accessories available in the garage from bikes to kayaks and more! The house is a good one, the view out back is outstanding! Two items of note: 1. This property is handled very much like a business. Felt they nickle and dime you as we had to pay an additional $200 when we asked if we could get in at 1pm rather than the 4pm check-in time. (Based on our flight time.) All comm. was through a home mgt rep. Got the entry code 14 minutes before 1pm. Cleaners showed 4 min. before check-out (they were such nice people!) 2. This is a very small community with some VERY nice houses. Did not feel welcome. I don't think they like that this home is used for VRBO.

Best Stay!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My family and I have stayed here for the past 2 years and will without a doubt be back. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. There is a grocery store right across the way, less than just 2 minutes…very convenient. Being right on the water left so much conversation as it was so fun watching all of the boats go by. The pool area is perfect, plenty of shade and sun. There is so much to do as well like the kayaking and bikes. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Contacting the host was always so easy and he is very kind. If you are considering staying here my recommendation would be to 100% do it! You will not regret it.
