Don’t stay here and don’t prepay through EXPEDIA, unless you want to bring your own bleach and bug spray and have no concerns about your personal safety When I went to check in, someone was checking out and crying about cockroaches (not Palmetto bugs) and explained she had to buy bleach and bug spray because the infestation was so bad. I asked to see the room which I had prepaid, before paying deposit/ resort fee - they refused to let me see the room. They went ahead and actually charged my card $100 deposit explicitly without my consent. The properties themselves are crumbling at the foundations and have unsafe sidewalks. The photos for the suite I reserved had text explaining there would be ocean views and a balcony, but somehow between Expedia and the hotel, this is false and misleading- they told me in person that my reservation had no balcony or view but was instead in a stagnant, crumbling courtyard. They wouldn’t show me the room before I completed check in, were exceptionally rude about the request after we both literally heard the same discussion about infestations. They refused to refund my prepayment and blamed EXPEDIA. I had to eat that cost and pay to stay somewhere else. other people checking in and hanging around the property were clearly on drugs. One returning (?) customer reminded them to not forget her plunger, so it sounds like there are plumbing issues Save yourself the hassle and for $20 more per night, go to a real hotel up the street

The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures. Don’t expect anything close to what the picture shows. The staff were very rude and the breakfast is pitiful. You have a variety of bread and some bananas for the breakfast. The surrounding area is nice, the only good side of this place is the closeness to the beach and other shops/dining. I wouldn’t waste your money here.

Very dirty, we had to move 2nd night because room was full of bugs! the smell of mold was strong in both rooms, I asked for my money back because some of our clothes got infested with the bugs, thousand of bugs, in the room on 2nd night, and they just made no offer.

Property charged me 3 times $100 deposit. Talked to the manager and was extremely rude answering my questions incorrectly and justifying the bad actions of his employees instead of addressing my concernes and apologizing for the inconvinient. I couldn't purchase my flight ticket either because my account balance went extremely low.

There was no bed lights, coffee, bedside shelves and the T V didn't work well at all. Also had to walk 2 blocks to my hotel room with my luggage and then to another hotel to the pool. I have a bad back and foot and can not walk much. Because there were so many properties checking in or getting any info. Etc. Was hard because they were always so busy. I will not go back there.

Stay was okay. They said house keeping comes every three days, but they did not come one for our stay. These are motels not hotels. Would wake up to people sleeping in the shared space outside of the rooms. Walls are paper thin, so we heard a TV blasting all night.

No kitchen utensils not even one cup or glass. Not even a toilet roll holder and shower floor was dangerously slippery. When I called the front desk to ask for a glass they said I had to walk back 3 blocks to get one.

This is definitely a budget hotel - It’s kind of run down. Checkin was a challenge due to the long line. However, you can’t beat the location. Very close to the beach and the beach walk. It offers breakfast in a nice courtyard. The pool was warm. Bed was comfortable.

I have never been on a property this bad. The first unit was actually about 77 degrees inside and a/c not cooling the room. We got moved to another room. This next room was dirty and internet and tv did not get any connections. The third room they put us in was dirty all over the place but we had internet and tv connection so that was a plus. We wanted our money back due to the deplorable condition but was not able to get refund. I think the board of health should check this out. EVERYTHING was dirty! I had to get a broom and sweep our unit and we still would not go barefoot. This place is HORRIBLE and we will NEVER go there again!

This property probably has decent rooms but they gave me the smallest, worst room they had with no sitting inside or out. front desk was rude, terrible directions to room on a multibuilding property

The room and walls were dirty the bath tub faucet was hanging off, the very very small window looked out to the fence dividing the next property about 5 to 6 feet away, the molding around the door had been broken and badly! repaired you could see daylight and light from the next door property, the electrical outlets were not plumb or level, the chairs and table were very low off the floor Childers height, the chairs were lower than the bed HIGHLY do not recommend this place The Paradise room 905 HBH is making a lot of money on very very sub par property we had stayed at The Neptune two weeks before and the room was better but the air conditioner and electrical went out around 9:30 pm and we were leaving in the morning at 8:00 am so we lived with it again HBH is not good

We checked in and went to our room. Upon entering we discovered the front door was broken and was unable to close all the way or lock. The smell of chemicals inside the room was so strong it was setting off my asthma. The walls and floor was dirty and there were overflowing ashtrays right outside the front door. We went back into the office within 5 minutes of check in and were denied a refund. This place is disgusting and the management was unhelpful.

Horrible Experience- room not as advertised
Our stay was very disappointing to say the least. The room I booked was advertised with a very lovely picture of a premium king size Oceanfront room with Windows overlooking the ocean and the room looked very modern. In actuality it is an extremely old building the room is a 4x4 we originally got a room that did not have a single window. I had to go back to the reception desk and complain for them to give me another room which had a small window facing the ocean. Again very old. The bathroom was antique. Not a good experience whatsoever. I will never stay there again and would hope that you reach out to this property and tell them to put actual pictures of what the rooms look like so people don't go there thinking they're going to get something they're not.

For some reason, no less than 20 people were trying to check in at 1am... and most of them had declined credit cards. Super odd... But, we asked for accessible accommodations, which meant a 3-block walk to an obstructed entryway (a car was parked legally, but less than 3 feet from our door, and only inches in front of the brick step up into our room). My wife (who just had surgery to install a metal plate in her leg) fell trying to maneuver enough to get into the room. When we got in, there were several roaches visible, and we slept with the lights on, and had to inspect our belongings before we left. Also, the sidewalks in the 3-block walk to our room were all torn up and blocked by construction equipment. In the courtyard outside our room, there was a table with some chairs, two of which had bags of lumpy garbage, and the whole atmosphere smelled as though a fish market lost power two days ago. And as the icing on the cake, the key envelope I was handed had blood on it. Would not recommend.

Room was dirty, needed to be painted, window air conditioner in bedroom was boxed in with wood and had black mold on it. fridge was defrosting and water on floor. There was a iguana in the bedroom. We were told this room was an upgrade, Table outside hotel room had used food container and empty beer bottles. We got to the hotel @ 2am and if it wasnt for it being so late and being so tired, we would have left.

The question should be what you DID NOT LIKE! what was booked was not what was presented. Kitchen box was not offered at the reception at the check in, had to go back and get it, but was quick to collect the deposit at check in . A/c was old and making noise At check out didn't bother to ask how the stay was. "Customer satisfaction is worthless!" "Customer loyalty is priceless" Cheers!
