Gedateerd maar redelijk hotel. Zeker voor de prijs. Bedden zijn goed. Badkamer is schoon. Personeel mag iets behulpzamer zijn. In het hotel zijn een aantal winkeltjes en fietsverhuur te vinden. Zwembad aan de boulevard. Strand op 50 mtr afstand.

Liked the location to the beach.The room was spacious and clean. I liked the convenience of a full kitchen. The property needed repair and looked tired needed some updates. We had some leakage of water through the ceiling. They had a portable air conditioner in the bedroom that was very noisy.

Property lost my reservation. The lone desk agent was unable to help due to the number of guests trying to check in. I asked Expedia to help. They were unable to reach the hotel. Again there was only 1 desk agent who was unable to answer the phone since there were 10 people in line. I had to put Expedia on the speakerphone and go up to the counter. They gave Expedia another contact number which also went unanswered. Even with a prepaid reservation I was unable to stay at the hotel.

the desk clerk had no idea of my reservation she send me to a secondary reception desk that had a sign saying they were close to re-open on monday am the whole place is under construction found it to be a dangerous area .there is no lobby area to speak of. people wondering trough the lobby area parking not available had to park in where they charge 5.00 dollars per hour 30 to 40 dollars daily the evening clerk did find us the room no linen service at all

Very poor experience
Very old and dirty. Smell of cannabis in the corridors. Ridiculous extra charges for parking and resort fees. The room had not been cleaned at all between the nights. On arrival we were met by a very unfriendly "front end" person, who said our reservation was invalid and we had to contact the room owner ??? After lengthy phone calls and nervous conversations it turned out that that person had nothing to do with the resort front desk, which was in a different location. Will never stay again.

The Hotel Staff are nice and helpfull. The Hotel needs more renovation. All rooms should be upgraded to central air. We had to switch rooms to have Central air. The gym needs alot of work on ventillation and removal of musky carpets.

Was not aware we had to go to a separate building to check in. The individuals at the front desk didn't offer for us to leave our bags as we had to walk to a different location for check in. Then we checked in and walked back with our bags, got in a very rickety elevator to go up to the 7th floor. I cannot speak for the other floors, but the 7th was a disgrace. The floor number was scrawled on the wall in red paint that looked like someone used their finger, it was written over a number three which made it all the more confusing. The walls were filthy and needed serious rehab, when we got to the room the door would not open. The key worked, but the handle did not. Security came up and after fiddling with it discovered if you lifted up first then down it would open. The room itself was a pit, it was surface clean, but definitely needed to be renovated desperately. The small institutional sized window would not stay open unless you help it open. The table had a piece of cardboard wedged under one leg so it wouldn't wobble. All in all in was so disappointing especially since the photographs that are displayed not only on this site but at the location of the rooms are completely misleading and I find it hard to believe that they were actually taken in this hotel. Needless to say we checked out immediately and went to stay elsewhere. The way this place is promoted is a sham and I would not recommend this location to anyone ever.

The restaurant at the beach called Grumpy Garys was great.. Unfortunately MOST of the amenities did not operate or were completely broken down. Our vacation started off on the wrong foot when we arrived at the Hollywood Airport in Fort Lauderdale, the Expedia Booking agent had actually set up our RENTAL CAR in the MIAMI FLORIDA AIRPORT, 60 miles away. We paid twice for the rental cars once thru Expedia and the other thru Avis in the Fort Lauderdale Airport

As soon as we arrived the girl at the reservation desk was very rude. She told us we need to check in down the road. So we went the way she told us and could not find the building. We went back, and the same nasty attitude, and all she had to say was the go to the red building straight ahead. Other than that it was fine.

This place should never be advertised on expedia. Elevator is broken, two of the. Hallway carbet was failthy ans smelly. Mattresses are horrible, old and badly used. Pool was closed for contamination.. Drug use and alcohol was inside the hotel in the hallway.. very noisy and no attendant..will never ever come close to this area again..

The property was not well maintained. The room was dirty, the curtains were put in the opposite and dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the kitchen was dirty. They had a portable air conditioner that was attached to the window and then ducked taped it. Out of the three elevators only one was working the other two had a sign on it that said out of order. To check in and out we had to go to the sister hotel that was next to it. I’ve never seen an awful place like this. I would give it a 0 ⭐️

Tired Hotel in Nice Area
Hotel was old and very run down. Check In was at a different address than given on the reservation, even though the Hotel room was in the first building. The initial room they gave us was locked from the inside so we had to go back a few blocks to registration and get another room key. The hotel does not match the area and is in need of a major renovation.

No one cared about you,at all. Old, dirty and vacant. It was like bring in the Twilight Zone. Only one, out if three elevators worked. Keys didn't work to open room door. The smell of marijuana and urine, reeked in the hallways and stairways. Far from beach. Noone knew where the reservation desk was, which was 1/2 block from our room. Expenses parking (40$ for 24 hours). Ended up booking a different hotel and left. Very horrible experience all around. Do yourself a favor and book something else.

The are three elevators only one works and sometimes that was out of order. The check in/ check out office was a block away. The plumbing is very delicate we had to have our bathtub snaked and it took over an hour to repair.

OH mon dieu! Cet hôtel plein de cachet DEVRAIT être incroyablement luxueuse il y a 50 ans ou plus!!! Mais aujourd'hui.... que dire de l'odeur des corridors!! Un seul ascenseur fonctionnel/3 (mais qui a brisé pendant notre séjour). Une réception difficile à trouver, qui est dans un autre building. Et notre douche avec moisi ! Bref beaucoup de travail à faire pour que cet hôtel retrouve son charme!

simply the worst hotel ever ! i was supposed to stay 2 nights there but i've only stayed one night and got out of there before i got haunted. looks like an abandoned building since long. weird smell and a lot of noises from outside. If u think of booking this hotel to save ur money, u will def regret and have to spend more money on other options.

L’hôtel est dans un état pitoyable. C’est une garçonnière pour étudiants mal élevés. Les lieux ont besoins d’une rénovation majeure. Un seul ancenseur fonctionne sur trois et après le 4 e étage il n’indique plus l’étage. Vaut mieux coucher dehors. Est ce je vous ai parlé du bruit des rats la nuit et des trappes que l’on peut trouver... office difficile à trouver. Lit d’appoint sans drap.

Good news, bad news
Once a grand hotel, this place has a fabulous pool, but the rest is rather run down. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service and most of the staff seemed not to have answers to basic questions (where is the office, how do I get towels, etc). Room had good kitchen facilities and the view is very good. Great location too Walking past rooms, many reeked of pot and one of the cleaning crew was very surly, though she did open the room for us on our last day when our electronic key stopped working early. With a nice investment, this place could be quite special again, but right now, it’s mediocre to fair. Still, the pool and the location make it worth considering. Be aware that the office is in a building up the road, not in the hotel. The woman at the desk, Areles, was incredibly helpful in resolving some of the issues we faced, like not getting clean towels for two consecutive days.

Location is great on the Hollywood boardwalk. Everything else is horrible. Elevators don’t work, registration is in another building, dirty carpets in hallway, double bed too small for big people and much more. This should not be listed by Expedia for any price!

It was like being in a Horror Movie...of all the elevators that were not working, the only one working broke down during our stay. Belt Broke!
