This property is great. Staff are friendly. Proximity to the beaches and both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale is nice. Only downside are the elevators. So slow. If you are on an upper floor the rides up or down are painful most times.

My stay at the HYDE Beach House was amazing, the one-bedroom suit was large and spacious. At the time of check-in Paola and Junior provided great information on the amenities of the hotel. The beach and several restaurants are within walking distance. At checkout Briana was helpful explaining my final bill and other charges. Overall, my stay and the service were outstanding. We got there at 4pm ready for check-in, but we had to wait more than one hour for them to finish cleaning the room. After waiting a while, when I went to ask if our room was ready, the latino guy at the reception said he doesn't remember last names. I had to show the driver license again to check the status of our room. I dont know how he forgot the last name, we were sitting next to him waiting the whole time. When our room was finally ready, the closets were dirty, the bed sheets had sand in them. The toilet got clogged my first day there. The elevator to go up or down takes 30 minutes waiting. We'll definitely never going back there. The hotel and amenities were good, but the service sucked. For the money we paid, we could have found a place directly on the beach that treat their guests nicer.

Worst place to stay EVER. Out of 4 elevators only 1 worked. We were stuck on the 22nd floor for over 2 hours and couldn’t get an elevator. We could not go down the stairs as we had 3 children (one a baby girl) and no way to get bags and stroller down 22 flights. Want full refund. Will never stay here again!

Beautiful accommodations. Staff was friendly. Key cards kept not working which was annoying and the elevators take a really long time to access when it’s busy; like 20 minutes. Beach right across the road at the other Hyde resort. However, you have to wait for access to the beach beds and only get 4 towels and 2 beds/room, even with 7 people for a 2 bedroom suite. Beach was nice though :)

This was by far the worst experience. Terrible, terrible customer service. One day all elevator did not work. Our family had to walk 40 flights of stairs to get out of the hotel. The rest of the vacation I was in terrible pain due to these 40 flights walk. Two days later the water turned off for hours and hotel did not give us notice. We are unable to get ready for an event or even use the restroom. The lobby staff was rude and non-responsive. They rolled their eyes and turned back on customers. Everyone was frustrated. Not a single hotel employee attempted to provide a customer service experience. I refuse to pay the service charge for the hotel as no Servies were provided. There were no available lounge chairs at the pool, the towel desk people were rude and refused to give my daughter a dry towel, the pool cafe messed up an order and didn't provide a receipt. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. The staff there needs training!!!

Elevators were horrible. always one or two not operation. there was a limit of 6 people in a 10 person elevator, if you went over the limit there was a risk it would break down. we waited up to 25min for an elevator to come to the 12th floor. beach access was across the street (no issue), they never had chairs or umbrellas available. Since i brought my own beach chairs i just needed towels which at one point they would not provide to me (even though they had a bin full of towels). the reasoning they gave was unless i got chairs and an umbrella (which they didn't have available) they couldn't give me towels.

Nos toco un increble departamento, limpio, con todo lo necsario y de muy buen tamaño. la atencion del personal muy bien. Los elevadores son MUY lentos y tuvimos un percance ya que nos quedamos atorados, generalmente se sube demasiada gente por el largo tiempo de espera, dificil conseguir camastro en la piscina, si recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse tomando en cuenta lo anterior

Requested a cover on numerous occasions for the 4th bed and took 3 days to get one, Front desk never answered the phone when calling down and when you went down they would write it down and never do anything thing about it. The biggest and most annoying issue with this resort is the elevator system, 15-20 minute wait for elevator if you got one at all. My family walked up and down 11 floors at least 20 times in our 6 day stay, god help an elderly person staying at this resort.

Bien situé, accès à une épicerie et lignes de transports en commun. Très belle vue sur l’océan, considéré comme une vue partielle lors de la réservation Piscine et spa propres avec une belle vue! Éclairage magnifique de la piscine le soir, relaxant Amelioration possible sur le nettoyage des « zones grises » tringles, poils d’animaux sur le tapis, Quelques problèmes d’ascenseur, quand même bien géré par le personnel qui assure la circulation Recharge de la plage en cours, pas de chaises longues disponibles et de parasol.

If you don’t mind laying out at the pool next to a major highway and hearing horns blow constantly and trucks going bye this is the hotel for you then. Staff wasn’t the friendliest at all. Theres no indoor dining here at the hotel, the manager told me to go to the hotel next door they share the restaurant at the double tree hotel . My room needed work, the sink was clock the oven didn’t work and also the sliding door out the the balcony was broken. The vallet parking was at nightmare as well. Very disappointed
