We love Deerfield Beach!!!
It was a lovely Condo. A little smaller than we thought b/c the photographer made the pics look a little larger than they actually were. It was lovely & 2 blocks from the beach. Only problem: my daughter doesn't like elevators & the stairs were inaccessible from the street level. The owner of the condo was wonderful. Had an issue with the air conditioning & she fixed it right away. We had an amazing vacation. Would definitely use VRBO again.

Winter Break
We have visited Deerfield Beach several times over the years during the winter and this is the second time we have stayed in this building. The location is great since it is within a very short walking distance to the beach and several good restaurants and shops, but not in the middle of traffic and noise. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot in the gated garage although we did not need to drive to very many places because of the central location. Publix (and Starbucks!) is a 5 minute drive across the bridge for you to pick up groceries. The pool in this complex was the perfect temperature and never crowded or noisy since there are only about 12 units in the building. Very relaxing. This unit is on the top floor allowing for stunning sunset views from the west facing balcony. The beds were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean and fresh smelling when we arrived. Phyllis was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again.

Great location
Nice and comfortable condo within a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Deerfield Beach. Phyllis was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Deerfield Beach
We enjoyed our stay, condo location is great, pictures are a true reflection. We were all very happy and satisfied. Our only suggestion would be to add sone hooks in the entryway, full-size mirrors in both bedrooms and hooks and an additional cabinet in the second bathroom along with hooks for towels and robes. Overall a wonderful unit!

Location, Location, Location!!
Our 3rd time staying here and we will be coming back next year!! The location is perfect and is only 2 blocks to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner Phyllis is wonderful. The condo has everything you need for the beach and is very clean. We love staying here!

We loved Phyllis’ place! Although a condo, it is still very private with clear instructions to access the property. Short walk to the beach (chairs and towels provided). Short drive to FAU as we came down from MA to move my sister into college. The pool was a great amenity to have as well.

Fantastic Property
This is a gem! Everything as depicted. Phyllis was very responsive and gave reasons for tiny issues (single ply toilet paper=so the toilets don’t clog…makes sense!). It’s so close to the beach with umbrellas and chairs and a cooler….beds were very comfy and lots of space for 6 adults/teens….pool is on the second story right below and gave peaceful waves at night. Nice selection of seasonings and cooking utensils. I highly recommend!

Great location as close walk to beach and town. Comfy beds and decent showers. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Could have had better amenities for cooking but lots or restaurants within walking distance. Big closets and master bedroom but could use some more hooks around the place. Loved our time there and would come back.

If only…
Everything is as portrayed in the add. Kitchen was well equipped and all was clean. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the closeness to the beach. Parking and general access with codes was super easy and pleasant. I just wish the property would replace the old carpets in the elevator and hallway with tiles. Carpeting in this environment does not seem very hygienic.

Perfect property for two couples since both rooms have bigger beds. Condo was very clean and easily walkable to everything... Publix and Crown Liquors were about a 15 minute walk. Beach and restaurants less than 10 minutes walking. $30-40 Uber/Lyft from FLL. I flew into Miami and took the TriRail ($6.25) to the Deerfield Station and had an $8 Uber to the condo. All pretty easy.

Paradise in Deerfield Beach!

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed staying here. Very convenient location to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. We didn’t cook much but there was everything to do so. The rooms were clean and comfortable too. I would maybe bring a mask if you are sensitive to the light for sleeping but it wasn’t a bother for us. The host was always available and very responsive. We just loved our trip and would definitely return!

Fantastic deal on a great place.
Water pressure - Fantastic. Beds - Fantastic Just wanted to get that out of the way so I don't forget. The unit is perfect. As a modern split 2/2 design it is our dream second home. Condo is on the top floor and the view is amazing. Pool is gorgeous and while staying here in the summer it was empty everytime we went down. The walk to the beach takes us about 4 minutes. Not a big deal at all. The area is like Boca if Boca wasn't so Boca, if you know what I mean. We will be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Home was well stocked with things such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Plenty of towels for a family of five! We also loved having beach chairs and beach towels at the property. Great location for beach, restaurants, and shopping. Even during a busy time of year, we felt like we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Overall great experience.

Thanks to this Phyllis and her property, we rested and slept well, swam at the pool, walked to the beach and restaurants, drove to nearby golf ranges and stores, and sat on the balcony to talk, to look over the neighborhood, to watch the boats sail by, and to look at the sky. We washed clothes, baked pizza, ate well, and had a great time.
