Wedding
I flew into town for a family wedding. I wanted to spend time with my family but also wanted some alone time to relax on the beach! This place was perfect, literally steps from the beach! The host provided towels and chairs for the beach making it that much more enjoyable. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the only downside is there wasn’t a convenience store around to get snack or real food. Thankfully I had a car, which leads me to give this place an Extra star because it had a parking spot! Thank you!

My stay in Hollywood was way too short as I came for the Miami Carnival weekend. The apartment is perfect. Very neat, the space is well put together and right along the Hollywood strip! All amenities listed are available including the pool. On my last night, I realized I had an evening flight so I had enough time to make it to a jouvert party before I leave. Bob was gracious enough to allow me to check out later. It was a paint and powder party. So I was able to use the beach to rinse out before utilizing the apartment to change and check out! How convenient! Thank you, Bob for your kindness! I will definitely come back next year!

Second Timer
This is the second time I have stayed at this property and hope to return! The location is perfect, just steps to the beach and a few restaurants and bars though it is on the quieter end of the broadwalk. The studio is clean and very well stocked with all you need. The pool is nice and we had it to ourselves most of the time.Well worth the money!

PERFECT location!
For the price and location this rental could not be beat. Less than 100 feet from the beach!! Rental is exactly as pictured. The owner is super responsive and helpful. However, the place could use slight updating, and more thorough cleaning. All in all it was a lovely stay.

Loved this place!
This place was a find! Plenty of space for two people. The murphy bed was easy to use and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The pool was great and the location was perfect, at the quieter end of the Broadwalk. I will stay here again!

Emplacement parfait mais désuet
Avis Les plus grands avantages sont la proximité du Boardwalk et de la mer ainsi que la piscine. Le bâtiment a vraiment besoin d’être rafraîchi et d’ailleurs, quelques travaux semblent en cours (pas d’accès au patio du toit). Dans le studio, il ne manque de rien au niveau des commodités et de l’équipement mais avec les photos, on s’attendait à mieux. Pour nous, c’est comme un 2 ou 2,5 étoiles. Le confort des lits pourrait être amélioré tout comme la force de l’air climatisé. Après 10 minutes à l’intérieur, on avait un peu chaud! Nous avons quand même adoré nos vacances car Hollywood est unique mais la prochaine fois, nous tenterons de trouver un endroit plus propre, avec un meilleur confort pour dormir, un balcon et une meilleure climatisation. Merci à l’hôte pour le prêt des chaises de plage, le parasol (bien qu’abîmé) et la bonne communication.

A Gem steps away from the ocean...
This was a little gem ideal for those who don't like to fight crowds, search for parking, wait in lines, etc when going to the beach. The studio was spacious enough, well furnished, and perfect for the two of us. Both bed options were easy and comfortable, and the close proximity to the beach was absolutely ideal! Plenty of food, drink, ice cream options to choose from along the Broadwalk also just a short walk to get to. The host was fantastic, very helpful and responsive, and made the entire experience an amazing vacation for us. We can't wait to return!!

Bob’s Hollywood Beach Place - 5 STARS
Bob’s place exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The location and cleanliness of the place could not be beaten. It was spotless and located just steps away from the Boardwalk and beach. Although we had a rental car, we were able to walk everywhere we needed as there were many shops and restaurants nearby. We felt very safe staying here and would definitely stay again in the future. Perfect getaway
My husband and I chose this property because of the location and it was even closer to the broadwalk and beach than we thought! Literally just steps away. Restaurants and shops everywhere. The place itself was just big enough for us. Had everything we needed and more. Parking was a little tight and hard to maneuver but we didn't have to go anywhere while we stayed so it was fine. This studio apartment exceeded our expectations by being very clean, and being so close to the beach. The interactions with the owner were welcoming and and responsive when we had questions about anything. We plan on returning again on future visits to the area.

Excellent value
The property is exactly as shown! Very clear instructions and description. There were plenty of items available for use including chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. (This was a major plus). Unfortunately the laundry was out of service at the time of the visit, but we were notified ahead of time so we did pack a few extra items. Use the of the pool was nice as well, all of the (regular) neighbors are incredibly friendly. You are VERY close to many shops and restaurants along the "boardwalk", make sure you don't walk in the bike lane! We did spot a cockroach, but the host informed us that there is regular pest maintenance that made me feel better. Lastly - I was not crazy about Hollywood beach. There was a lot of noise pollution and seems to be garbage everywhere. This is in no way a reflection of the property, but as much as we loved our stay I do not think I want to return to Hollywood Beach.

Wonderful 5 Night Stay.
The unit had everything we could have wanted. It was clean and comfortable with more than enough space for two people. The pool was a nice to have for those windy days on the beach or just to sit for a few hours relaxing. And of course the location couldn't be beat, just a few steps away from the broadwalk. Bob was a great host and was always available for any questions that we had. Thanks again Bob! I highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back here again.

Happy with stay overall, great if value and location are top priority. Only frustrating thing was the bed is extremely squeaky, woke my wife up every time i moved. It is a murphy bed so not great quality. Other than that small annoyance, everything else was great! Would definitely recommend to friends.

The location is perfect if you love long walks and bike rides on the beach, or the liveliness of the restaurants, bars, live music, and shops of the boardwalk. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Bob is a great host who responds immediately to all questions.

Property was very clean and had lots of extras for trips to the beach which was literally less than a minute walk away. Pool area was not great. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Loved the location for proximity to beach and restaurants and bars. Only deficiency was the SUPER uncomfortable bed. “Slept” one night on it and promptly moved over to the sofa couch which was moderately more comfortable. Actually paid for our last night that we didn’t stay there and checked into a hotel so we could get an actual good nights sleep.

I am very surprised as it is less than 2 years ago that we replaced it. And for the last night I understand from your last text that you wanted to spend time with a friend in West Palm. Here is your text as a reminder. "So we're actually going to leave today going to stay with a friend in west palm beach. We'll be out of there by around 2. Obviously you are no obligation to refund the last night but, it would be cool haha."

Amazing Stay!
Stayed with my husband and 2 daughters. Bob let us check in a night before our booking (highly appreciated). The place was VERY clean and just steps from the beach. Bob’s place had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was very comfortable and the area was quiet at a walking distance from all restaurants and stores. Not many people at the beach which was a plus and the pool was great. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great deal for winter getaway
My wife and I stayed in this property for 4 days in December 2019 at a very reasonable price. The property was perfect for a couple. The owner was very responsive and provided amenities that were very helpful (cooler, beach chairs, beach towels). There was even an assortment of sunscreens. The property was clean on arrival, and it is conveniently located steps from the Hollywood Beach broadwalk (yes, it is broad not board, as we learned quickly). The owner also provided a parking space and Wi-Fi. This property is also on the north end of Hollywood Beach, which we found to be a little less crowded, but still within walking distance for a number of restaurants and shops. My wife and I are already discussing a return trip to this property in the future.
