  • A totally private place to enjoy the holidays or any other time of the year, close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, antique shops, beaches, casinos, FLL airport, trains and connections to Orlando. If guests want to talk about Italy 🇮🇹 or want to know details of places in Italy, the host will be available to chat. This one bedroom, one bath unit has a private entrance in the back of the house with surveillance camera 24 hours for your peace of mind. The owner lives in the front part of the house. VRBO insurance coverage policy does not cover for unplanned accidents. The property unit, including the screened porch kitchen, dining, and pool, are exclusively used only by the scheduled guests. Any additional visitors or pets, will be considered on a case by case basis, after both verbal and written agreements with the property owner.

This was the perfect stay for us, clean and centrally located. He let our dog stay with us which was a huge relief off our shoulders being a long holiday weekend. Manny, the host, was so kind and served us fresh coffee, smoothies and pastry for breakfast, he is so kind. Would definitely stay again.

As all of the reviews have said before mine, Manny is a perfect host who goes above and beyond! The accommodation is exactly as described and very clean, both inside and out. The pool put this place over the top for us. We arrived around midnight, and Manny waited up for us to show us around and offered us food. And, as other reviews have said, there was fresh coffee and smoothies every morning. Manny made sure we had everything we needed each day. A perfect host and perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. Our flight to Fort Lauderdale was so late but Emanuel welcomed us and even cooked something to eat for us at midnight. At breakfast he provided fruit smoothies and fresh coffee. The following day he drove us to the supermarket to enable us to purchase some supplies. Emanuel went above and beyond his duties as a host. The accommodation was clean, bed was comfortable and the pool was the icing on the cake. It was so nice to relax by the pool and take a refreshing dip. We would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate in returning here again. Thank you Emanuel

Welcoming property

We rented from Manny who was an excellent host. We had coffee every morning along with a treat and was very available for anything we needed. The premises were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely stay with Manny again when we are in town.

The studio off the pool and screened-in lanai was perfect for our short stay. Very clean and well kept and a 5 minute drive to restaurants and nightlife in Wilton Manors. Emanuele is a gracious host.

Warm up from the cold north!

We needed a few days to warm up from the fridget north. This was the perfect setting to do this. We were able to sit by the pool, soak up the sun and read. It was an easy walk and/or drive to everything we wanted. Manny was the perfect host!

Relaxing happy place

Absolutely relaxing! Very quiet which is nice when you want to get away. Sat by the pool by ourselves and our dog. Soaking up the Sun!!! Owner of the home is a very gracious host! Even treated us to espressos that were lovely! Loved every minute of it! Was sad to leave.

You couldn't ask for a better getaway in the center of Fort Lauderdale. The place is clean, comfortable and close to everything. Not to mention it has a pool! Emanuele is a top-notch host. Great host

Emmanuel was a great host and very hospitable. He made sure everything we could need was available. The room is a bit small but that was all we needed. The pool area is gorgeous! The location seems to be a bit hoodish, but you wouldn’t know when sitting by the pool! Highly recommend.

The stay was ok. To be honest we didn’t know the host was going to be there... No where in the listing did it state that. It’s also not a whole house... It’s a room & bathroom on the side of the house with a shared kitchen and a not so private pool. There was stuff in the fridge so we couldn’t really buy anything to make and store it…The owner/ host was kind.

The pictures match the description in the listing. Emanuele was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. There is a private entrance to get into the place along with a nice relaxing area for the pool and kitchen area. It's very close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Blvd. Everything was very clean and as expected. He also has great ideas if you are visiting Italy!! Highly recommend.
