Perfect strandhuis! Grote 3/2 w / verwarmd zwembad, overdekte Lanai en 2M van het strand

Volledig gerenoveerde moderne stijl, strandhuis in het hart van Pompano Beach. Je kunt de eerste zijn die in dit prachtig ingerichte huis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers verblijft, net gerenoveerd in maart 2018. Alles is nieuw! Groot terras van travertijn met verwarmd 30'x15 'zwembad met een overdekte Lanai met een ventilator, zodat u uit de hitte kunt komen en kunt loungen op zacht terrasmeubilair. Een beetje zon nodig, er zijn voldoende ligstoelen en andere meubels rond het zwembad.

Keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt en het huis heeft een full-size wasmachine en droger. De woning is comfortabel geschikt voor 6 volwassenen en met een vooraankondiging kan een semi-privéslaapgedeelte worden omgebouwd tot maximaal 8 personen. De gastenkamers hebben queensize bedden en de master heeft een kingsize bed. 50 "tv's zijn in de slaapkamer en de familiekamer en een 40" tv is in de "Family Fun Room". De "Family Fun Room" heeft twee grote zitzakken, een converteerbare bank, een Hi-top tafel voor spellen of drankjes in de avond en een 40 "televisie. Alle tv's zijn Samsung Smart TV's, dus populaire abonnementen zoals NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo en andere zijn beschikbaar. WiFi is beschikbaar in het gehele pand.

De woning ligt op 2 mijl van het strand en duurt minder dan 10 minuten om aan te komen en te genieten van het wereldberoemde Pompano-strand. Er zijn vele restaurants, winkels en ander amusement binnen enkele minuten na uw vakantie-uitje.

Accommodatie is huisdiervriendelijk, maar er is een huisdierentoeslag van $ 100 per huisdier en we hebben een maximale gewicht van 50 pond per huisdier.

Relaxing vacation!

Had an amazing family vacation at The Perfect Beach House! The property was very clean and equipped with all kitchen and beach necessities. Loved having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bikes available for our entire family of 6! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Vacation pool house

The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool was refreshing with different areas in the backyard to sit and relax. I brought my two small dogs and they enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable. The water pressure was great in the second bathroom. However, the shower head was not adjustable and sprayed everywhere. The beds were a little high for short people. The TV kept turning off and freezing. Just a couple of minor issues. All in all, a great house to stay at and well worth the money. I will definitely stay there again.

Relaxing and Refreshing

Lovely little home with all the necessities for a calming and rejuvenating trip to South Florida. The pool was awesome. The little one learned to swim and do cannonballs. He did not want to leave when the time came.

We had a very nice time during our stay. Aside from the cleanliness, pool, outdoor amenities and ample parking for the vehicles we had, there were some things that made this place stand out.Every possible kitchen item we needed was available! From a coffee makers to utensils to plates and glasses, everything was at our disposal.All-in-all, this was an outstanding place!

Our stay was really nice. Clean, organized, modern home and had everything you'd need! We didn't love having backyard cameras and the upper pool filter never worked while we were there, so the pool had bits of debris constantly. But overall a wonderful time!

This property offers a wide range of amenities as highlighted in their online description. The pool area is exceptional and we swam everyday before or after other activities. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were extremely comfortable - a must on any vacation. Food shopping and fitness center are both nearby. We are golfers, and there were numerous golf courses in the area. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Winter Escape

Stacy and John are welcoming hosts who care for their property and it shows. They work to make sure your needs are met. This was our 2nd year experiencing our escape from the snowy north in this home, and the house, the pool and general location are perfect for those seeking to escape the north. Just an overall perfect stay. The house was up to date, immaculately clean, and perfectly furnished. The pool was warm, clean, and easy for grandma to get in and out of thanks to the stairs. The bbq was great and there were tons of outdoor chairs, and the garage was stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. An absolutely perfect home for our week away!

Great Place for a New Year's trip to Pompano Beach

This was a wonderful home base for our family of 6 over the New Year holiday in Pompano Beach. Super clean, well-appointed kitchen and the heated pool and backyard patio was wonderful for a 'day off' from the beach. The property only supplies 6 beach towels, which wasn't quite enough for our beach and swimming needs, but otherwise we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic Stay in Pompano Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay in Pompano Beach at this amazing property. The house is very well appointed and felt like home. The pool and outdoor space was very enjoyable. Great property! Highly recommend!!!

We ended up in Pompano Beach, Florida after both of our rentals on the west coast of Florida were canceled due to the hurricanes. We opted to not stay on the beach but rather rent a stand alone house with a pool. The house was very nice! Top of the line finishes and very clean. It was easy to communicate with the owners as well. The only drawback was the pool was very chilly. The compressor went out and even though the owners tried their best, it was not fixed before we left. We were able to sit on the steps and cool off, just couldn’t swim. Owners provided suggestions for restaurants and activities which was nice. We had a delicious Sicilian pizza from Nick’s Pizza which was very close to the house. We also enjoyed Jack’s Burgers, also very close, and Nelson’s Diner for breakfast, super close to the house. We tried Mr. And Mrs. Crab for a seafood boil and it was delicious! We truly enjoyed our visit and if we ever go back to the east coast we will definitely try to book this place again. It had plenty of room for a family. We had my husband and I and our oldest adult son and had more than enough space. Easily could have added an additional couple.

Lovely Rental

House was clean, property was peaceful and well kept. The beach chairs, bikes, towels and umbrellas provided were an added convenience. Location was about 15 minutes to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants and less than an hour from Ft. Lauderdale airport. A perfect oasis!

This home was perfect for our family of 3. The home is beautiful, clean, and updated. Our teenaged daughter had privacy with her bedroom on one side of the house, and the master bedroom is on the other side. We loved the pool and tiki hut and used them daily! There are lots of little details and decor that give a homey feel. Kitchen is well stocked, and there are extras such as bikes, beach chairs, and rafts, etc… for the pool, that were very nice to have. We did a lot of activities and excursions in the surrounding area during our 7 day trip, and it was so wonderful to have such a relaxing home to go back to at the end of the day. Would absolutely recommend this property!

Perfect stay!

This spotless home was absolute perfection! The owners were so kind and accommodating to our requests and needs and even included a lovely welcome basket with snacks.. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. The outdoor space with sparkling pool and plenty of shaded seating was so restful and relaxing after a day at the beach. It was so helpful to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler of the beach. It was so nice to have a pack and play and high chair available for our grandson. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with our family!

Definitely worth it!

Everything was great…house looked same as pictured, great communication, the pool was great. Only thing there were some ants in the bathroom and the tv in the master wouldn’t connect to the internet despite the instructions the host left incase that happened. Over all great experience!
