    Pompano Villa Nueva is een prachtig, nieuw vakantiehuis gelegen in een exclusieve jachtgemeenschap aan de Intracoastal Waterway dicht bij het Pompano-strand en de strandpier. Deze 300 m² grote knaller is perfect voor zon- en plezierzoekers en biedt een verleidelijke mix van glamoureuze looks, hoogwaardige voorzieningen en een centrale locatie.

    4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers zijn gerangschikt in een prachtig ontwerp dat licht, ruim en geoptimaliseerd is om te genieten van een welverdiende vakantie. Gewelfde plafonds, marmeren vloeren, pilaren bogen, kroonlijsten en professionele inrichting zijn slechts enkele van de architectonische details die drama en weelde toevoegen. De keuken is voorzien van gloednieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten aanrecht, er is een aparte formele eetkamer en de woonkamer is voorzien van comfortabele stoelen en een grote flatscreen-tv. De open ruimtes met veel zitplaatsen nodigen familie en vrienden uit voor een gemeenschappelijk samenzijn. WiFi / internet en gratis bellen in de VS en Canada zijn inbegrepen.

    De hoofdslaapkamer is zeer ruim, met een prachtig uitzicht op de buitenlucht en een kingsize bed. Babybed is beschikbaar, evenals een campingbed. De prachtige master badkamer is voorzien van een zitmeubel, groot bad, inloopdouche en een aparte toiletruimte. Nog twee slaapkamers zijn voorzien van queensize bedden en de vierde slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden, perfect voor jongere gasten. De slaapkamer en eerste twee slaapkamers hebben ook een flatscreen-tv.

    De achtertuin is gezellig en prachtig privé, perfect om te genieten van de zon in Zuid-Florida. Het zwembad is verwarmd en het terras omvat ligstoelen, een eethoek, een grill en weelderig landschap dat u eraan herinnert dat u in het paradijs bent!

Home is nice. The furnishings need a deep clean, the utensils are plastic, cracked and peeling, could not find a functioning can opener, coffee maker quite old but it does work. Linens and bedding as well as mattresses are very good. Bikes - use at your own risk (brakes barely worked on two of them, chain comes off). Location is good. Pool and patio are very nice. We had to clean the tables off before we could use them but the patio furniture is in good condition and was comfortable. For the price, I think amenities should be of reasonable quality. So- 3 stars.

Beautiful property

We loved this property. It is exceptionally clean and very well taken care of. The neighborhood was also so cute and quiet. We felt very comfortable here. We stayed here with 6 teens and there was plenty of space for everone to spread out. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to everyone.

The home was just as described. Beautiful and spacious. In a very quiet neighborhood and the 1 mile walk to the beach was fine. Pool was a little cool for us but was enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. Would stay here again.

I’m giving this VRBO top ratings because the house was beautiful and the owner was very prompt in solving some of the problems we initially had.The grounds of the house andthe pool were very nice. The owner had bikes in the garage and scooters and they were fun to use to get down to the beach and down to the stores in the area.The inside of the house is lovely but is tired meaning blinds need to be replaced carpet needs to be cleaned in the bath towels need to be updated and replaced. But if you’re looking for a large home to accommodate a family, we had seven of us staying in the house and had plenty of room and lots of fun playing games at the large dining room table. Then this is the place for you. We thank the owners for trusting us with the use of their home!

Kenneth,Your place was perfect for our group. My granddaughters( 3 & 6) adored their rooms and were so excited to show everyone their girly girly rooms. We had 3 sets of families, each with their own wing of privacy. The home was spacious and beautiful and the pool in the back provided hours of enjoyment. There were lots of goodies in the garage that came in handy for the girls enjoyment and taking to the beach. We had a wonderful time in this peaceful home. It was a short 20-25minute walk to the beach depending on the bridge wait times. Everything we could possibly need was there for us, bikes, stroller for our 3 yr old and beach toys. Very happy with the entire booking and managment process with Kenneth & their Families Home. Wonderful stay with family

This was our first trip for Ft. Lauderdale with our family. We had a great time. Some days we stayed in by the pool and others we stayed at the beach for the day. There is a great boardwalk area with playgroud and splash pad within driving distance that was our kids favorite place to go. We also rode bikes/scooters there one day. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We would certainly stay here again!

Amazing family vacay

We love our stay in villa nueva house !!! Perfect for family time ,the beach is close just 5 minutes drive .The pompano pier was so closed and lots of restaurants options to choose from . The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet !! We’re ride bikes and walk too! We have so much fun in the pool !! Also watching the green iguana in the backyard and the little lizards around the pool! At the beach we saw turtles nests and the little turtles hunching and help them go into the water ! It’s was a wonderful experience for my girls !!! We definitely be back to stay in pompano beach !! Communicating with Kenneth was difficult, after asking several times for our code to get in to property and receiving answers *that we ended up finding out were not correct* we luckily got in without too long of a wait but wow very stressful. Upon arrival we noticed Ant trapes all over the floors which scared my kiddos more than the adults, and yes they're are ants in the house. After the first night we all realized pillows were beyond flat, sheets and comforters were very old and the towels looked and felt like they hadn't been replaced in years. The pool is very small and wouldn't accommodate to a bigger group then what we had. We followed all directions that he had requested which was a lot in my opinion for example must put garbage out on curb on x day and needs to be 3 ft from anything else this goes for recycling too they is on anothet day or fill pool on 5th day. And we did all of it. The last but most important part of this review would be if your looking to get your security deposit back i would highly advise you not to expect that. I didn't even know that we would be getting back any money so really this has nothing to do with that at all. I received a message from Kenneth 3 days after our departure stating we had destroyed sheets and moved furniture around which voided the security deposit. This all could have not been more than untrue. We left this home in excellent condition, never moved anything and probably left it cleaner then arrival. This all sounds like I'm being pretty picky, but for the amount of money you pay a night I would have expected way more. And, the ending with the accusations really put a BIG RED flag for Kenneth and whoever managed this rental. Beware of this scam and don't learn the hard way like I did. Look over every single sheet for old stains you'll be accused of and any other possible reasons you could be accused of anything. Take those before and after pictures,they may save you in the end. After all this and going back and forth a few times with Kenneth he decided to just ignore the situation. I hope you read this and know I mean well but unfortunately this was my experience. Perfect family vacation (FUN for the kids and adults)! The house, pool, neighborhood, everything was amazing. The owner is very communicative and took care of the one issue we had with internet. If we take a FL vacation again, we would stay here! Walking distance to everything you could need! Full recommendation for those looking!

Wonderful home

We all had a great time and loved the home and pool. The walk to the beach was only about 20 minutes (longer with younger kids), so it was a great location as well.
