Dit is een prachtige Florida Style East Hollywood Lake Home met een groot verwarmd zwembad en jet spa! Deze verbluffende woning ligt op een hoek, waardoor u meer privacy heeft. Gloednieuwe meubels, apparaten en inrichting zijn overal in dit prachtige huis. Deze ruime woning, bestaande uit 2 woonkamers, beide met flatscreen-tv's, en alle slaapkamers hebben gloednieuwe flatscreen-tv's, nieuwste generatie 1080p met een geweldig programma. Er zijn topapparatuur in de keuken van de chef. Gratis wasmachine en droger in het huis. De eetkamer kijkt uit op de grote omheinde tuin en het zwembad. De open plattegrond is ook perfect voor een groot gezin of koppels!

Dit geweldige huis ligt dicht bij alles! Stranden, winkels, restaurants, parken en meren! Zoveel activiteiten maar misschien wilt u het huis helemaal niet verlaten! Lounge bij het zwembad en geniet van buiten dineren en koken met de gasgrill. Nabijgelegen golf, kajakken, natuurpaden, jetskiën en parasailen. Dit is het leven in Florida! Kom en geniet van het prachtige Hollywood en alles wat we te bieden hebben!

Huur een fiets voor het uur, de dag of de week en geniet van een mooie rit langs de onlangs gerenoveerde Broadwalk aan de oceaan, de 2,5 km lange voetgangerspromenade van Hollywood omgeven door charmante cafés, restaurants en winkels, maar ook boetiekhotels, resorts en schilderachtige zee herbergen en bed and breakfasts.
Spring op de trolley naar het ArtsPark in het centrum van Hollywood voor een demonstratie van glasblazen en luister naar de zingende baobabboom gevolgd door wat tijd doorgebracht in het kinderspel met een interactieve fontein die de kinderen verrukt met speelse waterstoten en een innovatieve speeltuin ontworpen om creativiteit stimuleren.

The place was perfect for our gathering. The house was well equipped and the outside area was great with the pool, hot tub and bar area. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room for all of us! Host was responsive and friendly. We will be back!

Overall great stay that met our family’s needs. Pros: host was very responsive and incredibly fast to reply any time I contacted him, during the stay he replied quick and turned up the heat when requested during Florida cold snap. He stopped by to fill pool once, and pool service came too. We enjoyed the hot tub which was a good temp for Florida despite the cold snap/ wasn’t too cold or too hot. Pool was great, but kids in the group got knees, toes scraped up from the rough texture and bricks so watch out for the walls if you have little ones or those who bleed/ bruise easily. House is much larger and good use of space compared to what it looks like from outside. House is convenient to get to Sheridan Dr and to the beach at both north Hollywood and also south Hollywood beach, and very close to Wawa, Walmart, Publix which was great.Cons: cups in kitchen were all cracked and leaking on bottom so we replaced them, could have used more plates and bowls. Front bedroom with the trundle bed & bedroom with the en-suite both were chilliest, and ac units individually also in these rooms so suspect the are warmest in summer too. Of note, compared to the pics in the listing, no blackstone on bar area, no basketball hoop, and no putting green. The video games are in main living area, and game table was super loud and didn’t have volume adjustment. Driveway does fit 4 cars but is tight. Walkway bt front rooms and kitchen is tight w stools there. Overall great stay would give 4.5 stars.

Would not recommend. We left after 4 days and reported Health and Safety concerns to VRBO. Not a good neighborhood, sewage smell in neighborhood, pool was not clean, electrical problems in house, and bed bugs or fleas in one room—not sure what creates horrible bites on one of my family member’s legs. Owner was not responsive to address issue so we went to VRBO who handled it wonderfully.

What a fantastic stay!

We had a phenomenal time at this property. The beds were all incredibly comfortable, the owner was very communicative, and the pool and game ares were both great places to hang out and have a lovely time. I would definitely stay here again if I take another trip to the area.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood!

We LOVED the house! Definitely met our expectations. The house was very clean & in a great neighborhood. It was located near stores, restaurants & the beach! Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool where they hung out & after 9 pm, took over the pool table. My husband and I enjoyed playing pac-man every chance we got in between times. Overall, we definitely recommend for any family who is looking for a vacation home. Our family would most definitely stay at this location again!!

Five star property!

My husband and I stayed here July 2024 with our four teens. It was absolutely amazing. The owner, Leonid, was extremely responsive and extremely accommodating. The backyard is an oasis. The inside of the house was immaculate, well laid out and spacious. The pool table was a huge bonus! We definitely will be back!

Great memories!

We had 8 in our group and we all enjoyed our extended weekend trip. We were in town for a concert event in Fort Lauderdale. Short ride from the airport and short rides back in forth from the event. Great pool area that worked out perfect to lounge in for a good part of the day before we ventured out. 5 min drive to the boardwalk in Hollywood with plenty of restaurants and bars. To hang out at. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here in early February with 5 moms and their teen daughters. We had a fantastic time. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. We were conveniently located a short drive from the beach. The neighborhood felt clean and safe. The property owner was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Fun house

Amazing family vacation house, lots of shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, and of course beaches nearby. We had a few communication issues but really enjoyed our first family vaca in 20 years to be all together in a house with so much space and things to do. If we are ever back in that area we would for sure book again…even though it isn’t cheap at all…but nice to all be together

The entire outside area from bar to pool and hot tub we thought were the best part of the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was located close to restaurants and grocery store. First I will share what we liked about this VRBO: the pool is very nice. We really enjoyed playing in the pool and liked the addition of the basketball goal and volleyball net. There was plenty of outdoor seating at a large table and bar. The open kitchen into the living area allowed for great conversation across both rooms. We liked having king beds in all the bedrooms. But there are some negatives: the front porch area and the outdoor kitchen need a thorough cleaning. Guests have to wash a lot a dishes if they prefer not to use paper products. There were only 10 plates and fewer bowls and salad plates. The most serious frustration we encountered was that we arrived midafternoon on a very hot day. The thermostat had not been lowered until noon and the a/c unit just could not cool down the house. Several of our party did not sleep well because of heat. Also, the owner stated that we couldn’t not turn the thermostat lower than 74 degrees or the a/c unit would freeze. Two of the bedrooms were just too warm for comfortable sleeping.

Amazing Pool and Easy Beach Access

Our family stayed at this property for 4 weeks. The pool and spa is the best we’ve ever experienced. The kids had lots of fun in the pool and the spa was nice and hot. The house was spacious with plenty of dining area inside and outside. The beach access was just 2 miles away with easy parking. Our host was very responsive to our questions and needs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We had an amazing time!

The outdoor area of this home was amazing and is where we spent most of the time. On the inside there was more wear and tear than expected, but when we had an issue the host responded immediately and rectified. In all a fun place to stay.

Awesome place!

This was perfect for our group of friends & family in town for dolphins game!! Property was clean, could use some touch up painting! Outdoor area was to die for, mostly why we booked! Owner was so accommodating with allowing us to check in an hour early & check out an hour late! Loved that the pool had inflatables for us. Loved the outdoor fridge! Had an issue with cable/WiFi while we were there & it was taken care of immediately. Plenty of pool towels but could use a few more bath towels/wash clothes. Every time I had a question, owner was super quick to respond! Very very nice guy & an awesome property. Hoping to come back again soon!

Perfect for a family trip

Wonderful location is very close to the beach. I loved the house, it was spacious and very clean. The best part of the house was the backyard. The pool was huge and the jacuzzi was perfectly hot. There was a beautiful bar, a big TV, and a refrigerator outside which was amazing. The backyard provided privacy as well. I came with my family and I would recommend this property to a big family. Leonid was easy to reach which was very helpful. When I'm back in South Florida, I will totally get this house again!

House has alot of wear and tear. Kitchen and bedrooms had some sort of tiny ants or mites, possibly termites. Pool and hottub was dirty, smelled like it was wiped with pinesol. Host daughters friends showed up 2 times knocked on door and honking out front. House was in a nice area but it does need work inside and outside.
