Welcome to Casa Palma, your serene Dania Beach retreat just a 5-min drive from the shore! Not your typical old Florida beach home, this stylish 2-BR, 1-bath unit blends bohemian vibes with mid-century modern charm for a quaint, inviting haven with helpful amenities like a modern kitchen, private laundry, and beach gear.

Located near Dania Beach Pier, FLL Airport (3 miles), and vibrant spots like Dania Pointe, Casa Palma is your perfect home base for relaxing indoors or unwinding after a day of exploring South Florida’s natural beauty.


The Space & Amenities

Gather in the inviting living room to chat, play board games, or listen to records. Cook a memorable meal or bake some tasty treats in our fully stocked kitchen, where you'll find a thoughtful welcome basket upon your arrival. Gather around the four-person dining area or enjoy a romantic evening grilling and dining al fresco in the intimate side patio. (P.S. You'll find extra foldable seating in the master bedroom closet should you need it!)

For larger parties, the living room sofa converts into a sleeper once you're ready to turn in for the night. (Don't forget! We provide extra blankets and pillows in the master bedroom closet for added comfort.)

With three TVs—40-inch screens in each bedroom and a 65-inch in the living room—everyone on your trip can unwind with their favorite shows or movies at the end of a long day.

Planning a beach day? Take advantage of the beach gear provided, including towels, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella, all conveniently stored in the second bedroom’s walk-in closet.

For added convenience, a private laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use throughout your stay.

Guests have access to 2 of the 5 parking spots in the parking lot during their stay.


Guest Access
Laundry room
To access the private laundry room, guests must exit the front door of the property and head to the right (toward the double doors of Unit B). Before reaching Unit B, they'll see a small hallway/alcove and the door to the laundry room labeled "Laundry." There, guests will find a few detergent pods and dryer sheets on the shelf to the left of the washer and dryer that they may use throughout their stay. (Note: While the pods and dryer sheets we provide should be more than enough to last for short stays, guests planning to do several loads of laundry throughout their stay will need to supply their own detergent and dryer sheets once the provided amenities run out.)

Parking
We ask that guests park any vehicles in the two westernmost parking spots in the parking lot.

Side patio
The side patio includes solar-powered string lights (remote to control the lights can be found inside the unit), a small table and chairs, and a small electric grill. (Note: We ask that guests please clean the grill after each use to avoid buildup and potential damage during their stay.)
