Our spacious and cozy studio apartments accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. We are kid-friendly, pet-friendly, and great for families, couples or anyone who is looking to unwind.
Get your best nights sleep in the luxurious 10” pillowtop mattress, or on the accompanying sofa that turns in into a comfy full-size bed. Your room has a full kitchen loaded with all the cookware and appliances you need to enjoy a simple meal or an all out feast. If you feel like cooking outside, we offer a full BBQ area, poolside. You can grill out and take a dip in our refreshing pool. End your day watching your favorite shows on cable or switch the smart T.V. over to your preferred online streaming service for some binge watching on our free Wi-Fi. And don’t worry about the heat outside, you control your own A/C. Each room comes with one free parking spot. Our building is also equipped with smart-locks and 24/7 security cameras. This room is perfect for the traveling family, couples, or friends looking to get away.

**Important Information**
Please be aware that this is a multi-property listing. This means that there are a few very similar units located in the same property and when booking you will be assigned one of all of them.
An online "terms & conditions" form must be signed before check-in in which you have to send a copy of the ID.
Unfortunately, We are not a pet friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations has taken us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. If you have an emotional support dog, or a service dog you are allowed to bring them. However there is a $500 refundable deposit and the animal must be per-approved by the host before the reservation is made.
Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM ( No Loud noise or music )
As with most Airbnb's there is no daily housekeeping.
All the essentials are provided to start your stay. Guests would need to replenish items as needed and onsite laundry machines are offered to upkeep personal/ accommodation laundry.
The Virtual reception is open 24/7 via phone and message.

No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment)
