Horrid Customer Service

This place is a scam. Do not reserve this VRBO. They accepted our reservation and even reminded us the evening before we checked in. We woke up at 3 in the morning to catch our flight with a voicemail canceling our reservation. We were traveling with a 3 year old and had no where to go thanks to this scam of a place. Grand Welcome is the host for the homeowner and they were terrible too. All they said was sorry for the inconvenience and didn’t find us alternate accommodations. Disaster of an experience.
