We have stayed at Ritz properties many times. It was a little disappointing during this stay for a few reasons. First, when we filled the bath with water we found that it was a brownish-yellow. We were informed this was normal for the area, but it seems that when staying at a luxury property one would receive this information prior to their stay to avoid surprises. The service was a little less each day, and towards the end of our visit they didn’t even replenish wash cloths. Most often when we have stayed with Ritz, the service is outstanding. Unfortunately this time was a little less than ideal. And be sure to read the fine print- not that it was a huge issue, but a resort fee and parking fee totaling more than 100.00 per day is a bit disingenuous when not included in the pricing upfront.
