Voor een goede prijs vlak bij het strand
Dit is een wat ouder hotel. Kamer en badkamer zijn schoon. Prima beddegoed en iedere dag schoonmaak met nieuwe handdoeken. Ideaal is de locatie vlak bij het strand en de restaurants / cafés in de buurt. Onze kamer beschikte over een keuken met koelkast, kookplaat, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. Verder beschikt het hotel over een zwembad met ligstoelen/zitjes. Prima voor een paar dagen strand. Wij komen hier een volgende keer zeker weer terug.

Altijd goed
Gaan 2 keer per jaar naar Fort Lauderdale en kiezen steeds weer voor Tropirock. Een prima hotel, goede omgeving, uitstekende service, ruime kamers, heel dichtbij de strand, Staff en personeel altijd behulpzaam.

Location and room were excellent, very clean. On arrrival was staff friendly and very informative.

good place to stay if you are on a lower budget
After a long trip from home we arrived at 7.50 PM at the hotel. There was a sign stating that there will be someone until 8 PM, but no one was there. Fortunately there was also a sign with a phone number. After phoning this number someone came quickly and apologized. Our room was next to the pool and had chairs and a table in front of it. The room was big and airco and (free) wifi worked fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was a kitchen with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The room was a bit run down and the floor of our room was sticky. There was free coffee near the pool. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. We tried to go to restaurant Plaza Bistro next door, but we were late on a Saturday evening and it was full. Since we spent one night in this hotel, going back the next evening was not an option. The staff allowed us to leave some luggage in the reception on the day that we were leaving. There was enough (free) parking space.

This was a great option for our stay, near friends. The hotel is quiet, beautiful mature tropical foliage, and excellent customer service. We loved learning about the "North Village", multiple boutique hotels (affordable), and walkable coffe shop, food truck, cafe, and more. Great concept directly behind the waterfront luxury hotels, and 2 blocks from the beach.

Perfect hotel stay! Came for one night with my husband for the Tortuga music festival. Very clean. It is outdated in some sense but didn’t bother us at all. Comfy bed and pillows. Office ppl were very nice. Pool was nice. We will definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our stay! Great location for beach and nearby restaurants. Hotel is worth the money, and for what you pay was very nice. Overall clean, smelled nice. The staff was super sweet and helpful! Only downside is we were staying on first floor and could clearly hear others outside and was woken up several times. Overall would recommend!

The room was a little grimy. In general the property could have been cleaner and is definitely in need of a facelift. Most of the staff was polite and helpful with the exception of a lady that was behind the desk one evening. Overall, I rate it as barely acceptable.

Average hotel near the beach and some restaurants and bakeries. The room was clean and spacious. It’s an older motel and definitely needs some updating. Our main and biggest complaint and the reason we will not return is because you can hear EVERYTHING. Outside and in any room next to your room. There is not a single ounce of soundproofing. Don’t expect to get any sleep while at this property.

Overall this hotel is very clean and quiet. It is older, but fully functional. The person at the front desk when we checked in was not very pleasent, however the staff that was there on the last evening were very nice. The pool was crystal clear and the grounds around the hotel/motel are very clean, but dated. It’s a great value, $75-$200 cheaper than hotels just steps away. There are many shopping opportunities, and restaurants within walking distance and the ocean is only 200 yards away from the front gate.

The door was jammed when trying to open it multiple times. The mattresses are very firm. The walkway is rather dirty. The outlets look old. There is no WiFi available for the money they charge you.

Best beach stay
The check in process was very quick and they accompany you to your room to ensure everything meets your needs. I love how clean the hotel is because I didn't have to worry about not being able to unpack. The staff is very nice. The beach is less than 2 minutes away.

Little disappointed
This north beach village means a lot to us. We’ve been staying here at one of the hotels and it’s sad to see the lack of care at the properties. It was noisy next to me at around 3am. The door was so gapped up top and bottom. I had to climb on the chair ti change the temperature on air conditioner. However the staff was very friendly. I do appreciate that.

Very helpful the min you come in you can also use the other properties amenities and they are all in walking distance the rooms are spacious and nice the outside area is beautiful especially at the property with the hot tub love it def would come back clean and simple but beautiful
