The hotel itself was great. And most employees are great. Except the valet guy, David, was extremely rude. He asked us to move our car in a very short manner. When I started moving, he pulled a car and blocked our way. When I asked him to move, he said "no sir, you have been blocking my way for 10 min". That is not the case my sedan rental was on the side was not in anyone's way and it was not 10 min. He did not move until I walked in the hotel and gotten the front desk manager. This valet person could not be more unprofessional. I expect better of Hilton to vet their emplyees and train them on better customer service and uphold them to those standards. I asked the hotel manager, Santiago, to call me back or an email to share my feedback and this appauling experience and no call back or email.
