Chique, eigentijdse juweeltje, in een zeer afgelegen buurt, op slechts een paar minuten afstand van het strand, restaurants, massage spa's, bakkerijen, koekjeswinkels, kledingwinkels, ijzerhandel, kruidenierszaken, drogisterijen, enz.

Heldere open keuken, met uitzicht op de eetkamertafel die comfortabel plaats biedt aan 12, de set van Savorski Chandelier is een romantische sfeer boven de eettafel, met uitzicht op de woonkamer, ideaal voor entertainment.

Volledig uitgerust met vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, barbecue op gas. Het grote terras bij het zwembad en de achtertuin is perfect om te zonnebaden, die volledig privé is omheind, een eettafel buiten, perfect huis voor gezinsvakanties of koppels die een geweldig uitje willen.

Wij bezitten ook het huis naast de deur. Elk van onze huizen is volledig uitgerust voor moeders die reizen met baby's of peuters die een wieg, verschoonkussen en een box bieden, zodat de baby veilig kan zijn terwijl mama kookt of entertaint en wil dat de baby veilig is. Er is een strandwagen aanwezig zodat mama en papa speelgoed voor kinderen, handdoeken, luiers en naar het strand kunnen brengen. Dit huis ligt naast ons andere VRBO-huis, dat geweldig is geweest voor grote gezinnen die 2 huizen naast elkaar nodig hebben of voor meerdere koppels die samen reizen voor bruiloften, evenementen of gewoon een geweldige vakantie willen met veel van hun vrienden, families. We hadden onlangs grootouders die met al hun kinderen en kleinkinderen reisden, de grootouders zeiden dat dit de perfecte setting was, ze konden quality time doorbrengen met al hun kinderen en kleinkinderen en wanneer ze moesten rusten liepen ze naar het andere pand naast de deur en hadden hun rust en stilte, want deze familie was het huren van beide huizen perfect.

Beide huizen zijn perfect opgezet voor gezinnen en voor reizigers die op zoek zijn naar het gevoel uw eigen privéwoning binnen te lopen. Wij bieden strandstoelen echter als u de luxe touch van Beach Lounge Chairs en Umbrella op u wilt wachten op het strand kunt u ze huren, bel 305-206-0248 ze zullen alles op het strand voor u klaar hebben staan. Ik kan het ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Ft. Laudy by the Sea

This property was exactly what we were looking to do a quick warm, sunny getaway! We walked to the downtown beach area in about 7 minutes. The pool was great! If people didn’t feel like the beach they could stay back and still enjoy time outside.

We had an awesome time at this property! Very clean and had everything you need to cook and live comfortably all week. Location is perfect for relaxing or the night life if you choice to do that. Owner was very responsive and friendly! Would stay here again for sure!

We love it here.

We love this house, location and easy walkability to LBTS restaurants/bars/beach. Plenty of room for my whole family, we all loved the pool and there’s lots of seating for everyone to hang out. The house comes stocked with towels and kitchen supplies which is great. No shampoo or bathroom stuff provided so be sure to grab some from the store on your way in. Otherwise, every amenity was available. The walk to the beach is quick and you can rent a beach set up when you get down there which is great for little kids. We have stayed at the house next door to this one with the same owner 2 years ago and we will definitely be back again.

Amazing!

I have stayed in a lot of properties in LBTS this was by far our favorite. Clean, comfy beds, heated pool, very well stocked kitchen…and the owner was so accommodating and always in touch. My son left his charger and she gladly shipped to us. We will be back!!!

Great Spot in Lauderdale by the Sea

Enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is fantastic and the Lauderdale by the Sea community is awesome. Walkable and plenty pf parking options if the walk is too far. The swimming pool was nice after a day at the beach or fishing. The beach items were a nice touch and made our visit to the beach perfect. Would book again.

Perfect!

This home’s location is absolutely perfect for enjoying vacation. Walking distance to ice cream, coffee shops, restaurants and beach. No need to worry about finding parking. Nice family friendly night life on Commercial Ave and by the beach. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels and everything a family might need to have on hand. This was our second stay with this host and she went out of way both times to ensure our stay was just right. Book it. You won’t be disappointed. :)

Our favorite family vacation

The house has everything you need especially if you have children that are young, the host even had breast-feeding pillows, it made it easy for me with my newborn. The house is clean. The location is conveniently located pretty much everything is walking distance, including lots of restaurants bakeries and the beach. The host was extremely responsive and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will make this our annual vacation home because we loved it that much. Yes highly recommend !

Great Thanksgiving stay

We really enjoyed this house. It has everything you need - tons of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We love this location and have rented several houses over the years within a couple blocks. Easy walk to the beach and the strip of restaurants and shops. Though slightly farther, we also walk to Publix. Heated pool is definitely nice to have in the fall and winter. Owner was very helpful.

Great Stay in LBTS (Nov 2023)

We had a great stay at this home in Lauderdale by the Sea. The house was great for our family of four. We expected to use all three bedrooms, but there was a crib for our two year old in a room adjacent to the master bedroom which was extremely convenient. There was also a pack & play and stroller available. The house had toys and books to keep our 2 & 4 year olds entertained. For the beach - there were several chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything. The walk to the beach isn't too long for adults, but young children will likely struggle when they're tired. The pool was cleaned at the beginning the week and remained clean for the duration of the stay. There are pool noodles and puddle jumpers available. In early November, the pool area is nearly full sun, until 3pm or so as shade starts to move in. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, china, and cooking utensils, as well as some spices/salt/sugar/cooking oil. I'd head to the house first before going grocery shopping so you don't buy something that's already there. We used the drip coffee maker every day. The grill was clean and easy to use, with a spare tank in the shed just in case. Overall, we had a great stay at this house and in Lauderdale by the Sea.

Did not disappoint!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Andree was a great host and there for all of our needs. The home is beautiful and was just perfect for our girls trip to Florida. Having the amazing pool was just the icing on the cake. We are looking to make this an annual thing and we will definitely stay here again.

Our favorite family vacation yet!

My husband and I and our son (16 months) had the absolute best experience and stay! The house has everything you need for entertaining, convenience, and traveling with a child. Andree was exceptionally responsive and had someone out to look at our grill within 15 minutes of communicating having trouble. She accommodated our every need. The house is clean, pool is warm, and location couldn't be more convenient. We had my parents and aunt and uncle stay with us for a night and they loved the place equally as much. We are hoping to make this our annual vacation home we loved it that much! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay and Amazing Host

We took a last-minute trip to Ft. Lauderdale from Michigan, and the stay at this property could not have been more wonderful. The host was not only available to answer any questions I had, but went above and beyond to share restaurant suggestions and help my family get to the very close beach! The house was fully stocked with place settings and spices for cooking, and the washing machine and dryer made it so easy to keep up on the loads of towels from swimming all day. I could not recommend this location or host more!
