Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the pool, patio areas, outdoor kitchen, and waterfront dock.
Please note: the boat and garage are not available for guest use.

Parking:
Street parking is not permitted. The driveway can accommodate up to four vehicles. Please note that boats and trailers are not allowed in the driveway.

Soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, pool towels, linens, and more — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Safety & Security:
Smart locks and exterior security cameras are in place for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool Heating:
Pool heating is available for $50/day. Please notify us in advance if you’d like it pre-heated for arrival. Please note there is no separate pool safety fence between the home and the pool area (the property is enclosed only by the exterior perimeter fence). Children must be supervised at all times when outdoors and near the pool or dock. No diving and no glass are permitted in or around the pool area. Use of the pool, dock, and paddle boards is at guests’ own risk. Life jackets must be worn at all times when using the paddle boards. By booking and staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility and liability associated with use of the pool, dock, paddle boards, and surrounding outdoor areas and agree to follow these safety guidelines at all times.

No Pets Allowed:
This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions will be made. Due to severe allergies from the property owner, service animals are also not permitted at the property under any circumstances.

Guest Limit:
Maximum of 8 overnight guests. Any gatherings exceeding 8 people require prior host approval. No parties or events are permitted.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.
