Welkom bij 7 MIJLEN VAN PARADIJS (:( :(: de plek die ervoor zorgt dat je jaar na jaar terug blijft komen. Wij zijn gevestigd op de zuidelijke punt van Fort Myers Beach. Onze Beach Front Condo ligt op een steenworp afstand van uw eigen privéstrand. Pinchers Tiki Bar & Grill ligt op slechts 2 blokken ten noorden van ons appartement, u kunt het pad of het strand om er te komen, ze hebben 2 voor 1 drankje speciaal de hele dag en een geweldig happy hour op eten en drinken van 3 tot 6 pm.
Direct tegenover Estero Blvd. is Santini Plaza met vele restaurants van Truly Scrumptious voor een geweldig ontbijt of ijs en woestijnen. Castaway Bar heeft een volledig menu met geweldige pizza en nachtelijk entertainment met live-bands en dansen. Sand Bar is een Sports Bar & Grill met een volledig menu. Het Mexicaanse restaurant van Skye serveert ontbijt en geweldige margarita's. South Beach Grill is een uitstekend restaurant voor biefstuk en vis, ze hebben geweldige sushi. Ook in de Plaza is een metro, en Francesco's Deli.
Er is ook een CVS-apotheek, slijterij, postkantoor en vele andere souvenir- en kledingwinkels en twee mijl naar het noorden is er een kruidenwinkel van Publix.

Ontdek het noorden van het eiland en onderweg veel stops.
Je kunt rijden of een korte trolleyrit maken of een taxi nemen naar het noorden van het eiland waar nog veel meer geweldige restaurants zijn zoals Sunset Grill, Smoking Oyster Brewery, Yucatan, Nervi Nellei's, Fish House Pier Side Grill en nog veel meer en als je wilt winkelen voor een souvenir of wat nieuwe kleding voor het strand waar je uit meerdere winkels kunt kiezen.

We zullen alle strandvoorzieningen bieden, waaronder:
Strandtas en handdoeken, strandstoelen en -tafels, paraplu- & zandmatten, koelers en zandspeelgoed, enz.
We zijn altijd bezig ons appartement bij te werken om het modern en gezellig te maken.

We proberen u het meest comfortabele bed ter beschikking te stellen.

We willen uw verblijf zo gemakkelijk, gemakkelijk en aangenaam mogelijk maken. We hopen dat u elk jaar weer terugkomt.

Convenient to Beach

This is a very nice property. The balcony is perfect for an outside dinner. The breezeway at the entrance to the building is always cool and breezy. We enjoyed our stay so much, if only the rain had stayed away! :-/

The Perfect Stay

The condo was beautiful, it is in the quieter part of Fort Myers beach, but it is a short ride to downtown. We drove some days and took the county trolley other days, which was cheap. Saw a ton of wildlife, dolphins, fish, seashells everywhere, and could not be closer to the beach. The owners were fantastic and made sure to check up and make sure everything was going good during our trip. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming down here, especially on a Couple’s vacation.

The condo was easy to find and get into. We like clean and it was. It was small but all that we needed. The weather was gorgeous and the beach was great. Having spent a long cold winter in NH we needed sun. All in all the week was nice.

We never received from VRBO the Unit Number or the Door Communication. We thought that when we arrived we would receive that information at the Management Office but it was closed on the weekend. We were fortunately we were able to contact you by phone. Interesting-two other couples had the same experience as us. Discussed with Bill and Marcie our problem and they also told us of another couple that had the same problem with VRBO never receiving Unit # or Communication for Door Lock. We found that very hard to believe!!!

I may not have enough space to put my comments in perspective. My comments in no way are negative about the unit. It is beautifully remodeled and well stocked with essentials. The dual recliners are a big plus and the reason we selected this unit. Any negative comments or ratings apply to the state of Ft, Myers Beach recovery itself.There were very few dining options on the island. You had to go "off Island". Traffic and access to dining facilities near Times Square were limited do to construction of what I believe to be an eventual traffic circle around Margeritaville.Many of the high rise buildings are not reopened yet. Without a major incentive to rebuild dining options, both traffic and congestion will be untenable.Regarding the Estero Beach & Tennis facilities itself, We realized that beach replenishment was still a work in progress. The beach was closed most of the week.The parking lot needs some low level lighting. I know about the Turtle nesting issues and other limitations.Suggestions about the unit. A clock would be nice and a channel guide listing the ones included in the TV package available. Using the channel guide was frustrating because most channel selected required an upgrade.Regarding communicating through VRBO. It was a hit & miss proposition. We received some but not all. I could not see a way to respond to the owners.The owners were very gracious and respectful to our needs and would do everything to answer any questions.I

Absolute Treasure

I have zero negative things to say about this property. I'm picky; I want a clean, quiet, updated stay and this condo checks every box, plus there's a gorgeous beach right outside. I wasn't sure that I would like the studio layout, but it was great for the two of us. The blinds block the outside light and the kitchen lights are so that they don't flood the bed with light. There is a dehumidifier and it's one of the reasons the condo is so nice, so be willing to empty it. It pulls a lot of water out of the air. It's one of the best places we have ever stayed. And the owners are equally great!

Perfection

My husband and I had an absolutely perfect getaway staying at Grant and Kelly’s Estero Beach and Tennis Club Condo. The condo has recently been renovated and is absolutely beautiful with everything you need for your getaway. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the condo was spotless. The pool is large with lots of chairs for sunbathing, and we even got in some Pickleball while we were there. The highlight, however, for us was stepping outside the door and walking down to the beach. Every day was another opportunity to explore its beauty and walk, shell, swim and play. Although much of Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding, many restaurants were open, and we enjoyed some delicious meals out. We had a fantastic time and I look forward to visiting Fort Myers Beach again. Jennifer C - Michigan

Lovely stay

Kelly & Grant were easy to reach and answered all of our questions. Very clean condominium, comfy bed, and large TV (husband liked that). The condo has everything you need right there for a great beach stay, including outdoor games, chairs, umbrella + anchor, beach towels and more. The pool is always so well kept as are all of the outdoor spaces at Estero Beach Tennis Condos. Parking super easy and convenient. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to call home, when away from home.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed every second. The location is great; there is access to a more private area of the beach, and it's close to shopping and dining. The check-in was easy, and the apartment was easy to find. Very clean & well-stocked place! We'd definitely stay here again next time we are in Fort Myers.

Excellent Hospitality

Fort Myers is still struggling to recover from Hurricane Ian, but that didn't stop us from having a great vacation there. Our condo was delightful, the beach was easily accessible (a few obstacles, but nothing terrible). We were in regular communication with the owners because our building was scheduled to begin being painted 3 days after we arrived. They were very helpful. Fortunately, the contractor did not get to our side of the building until the morning we checked out. Someone was watching over us. Don't hesitate to visit Fort Myers. There are plenty of restaurants open, not a whole lot of shopping, but Publix on Estero is open and thriving, and that was a big help. And the beach is, as always, is wonderful.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Great views. Condo had everything as advertised. Beautiful tile floors throughout, kitchen and bath are both super nice. Looking for a cozy couples getaway? This is a great choice. Has everything you need in a great location on the Gulf of Mexico.

The perfect get away

Great place if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is right out the back door and the hosts were there for are every need. Sit on the balcony at night and eat dinner or take the trolly into the heart of the town for lots of delicious fresh seafood. FMB is coming back!!

Grant was so good to walk us through anything we didn't understand

Although they are working furiously to rebuild, our stay was delightfully beautiful. All the workers were courteous and gentle around any guests. Everything is well maintained considering the devastation they endured. I'd highly recommend because it is getting better every day. we like bars and entertainment but it is all gone around the tennis club. You pretty much have to drive to get to some entertainment unless you are able to walk a few miles

Hurricane aftermath

This suite was clean and well appointed and the beach at Fort Myers was beautiful, however, the VRBO host failed to disclose pertinent details regarding ongoing construction within the building, around the property and neighborhood, exhibiting a lack of transparency. Just one example would be, when asked if there was a code to get into the building, she said no code was needed. She failed to inform that no code was needed because there was no door, no windows, and the main floor was under construction, and down to its bare beams. You must sign a liability waiver for all the construction going on. There are no restaurants or food trucks nearby and even if you wanted to travel to them a few miles away, it often takes over an hour to get there as traffic is heavily backed up with all the construction. We ended up doing a lot of our own cooking rather than using our time in traffic. To reiterate, the suite is lovely and the beach is wonderful and my heart goes out to all those who have had to rebuild after the hurricane. It is just important to be upfront and honest about your venue so people are able to make informed decisions for themselves. Had we had clear communication about the circumstances, we would have gone ahead with renting this unit, recognizing the importance of openness. Such transparency could have averted the sour taste left in our mouths and the feeling of being misled.
