Located on the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo sits directly on the beach, offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private screened-in balcony. Whether you're sipping morning coffee or enjoying sunset dinners at the balcony table for six, every moment is framed by coastal beauty.

Inside, you'll find a freshly renovated space with new floors, furniture, and a modern kitchen perfect for casual meals or entertaining. The open-concept layout includes a dining table for four and additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, its own TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom comfortably sleeps three with a full-size bed and a twin bed, plus its own TV and access to a second walk-in shower.

With direct beach access, updated amenities, and a layout designed for comfort and connection, Carlos Pointe 516 is your ideal home-away-from-home on Fort Myers Beach. PLEASE NOTE: the beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
