Het decor is prachtig, waardoor je het gevoel alsof je echt op een strand naar huis. De bijgewerkte keuken is voorzien van nieuwe, moderne kasten en details, zoals onder kast verlichting, tegels backsplash, kroonlijst en nieuwe apparatuur, het heeft alle benodigdheden van thuis en nog veel meer. De hele unit zijn er upgrades overal nieuwe eettafel met zitplaatsen voor maximaal vier, nieuwe 48 "flatscreen-tv's w / DVD-speler (die je kunt bekijken vanaf de bank of ontspannen in uw bed), stereo-installatie, kabel, alle nieuwe sanitaire voorzieningen met inbegrip kranen en boiler, 18 "x18" tegel het hele gebouw en nieuwe ruime badkamer met inloopdouche w / douchestoel. Pand heeft ook nieuwe getinte ramen die u kunt genieten van meer privacy en adembenemende uitzichten. De buitenkant Lanai is voorzien van comfortabele meubels om je 's ochtends koffie te hebben en genieten van de zonsondergang. Unit heeft gratis wifi, niet nodig om naar de lobby te gaan. De slaapkamer heeft een nieuwe koning bed met een comfortabele matras. Alle linnengoed voorzien, veel extra handdoeken en beddengoed.

Het pand van Estero Beach en Tennis zijn prachtig. Het landschap op het terrein is zeer goed onderhouden en weelderige. Er zijn tennisbanen, barbecue, terras en vele wandelroutes. De Golf van Mexico en het strand is op uw deur stap!

Gelegen in het zo gewenste Zuid-kant van het eiland met slechts een korte wandeling naar de plaatselijke winkels en restaurants. Neem de trolley naar het centrum van Fort Myers Beach (de beroemde bekende Pier en Stadsplein). Strand, vissen, vogels kijken en te ontspannen in een comfortabele, bijgewerkt Estero Beach en Tennis Club eigendom. Maak gedenkwaardige momenten van uw wintervakantie op Fort Myers Beach, FL.

Houd er rekening mee tijdens het winterseizoen maanden (half december tot half april), onze woning wordt verhuurd van zaterdag tot zaterdag alleen met een minimum een week.

Short vacation from life

Friend and I booked this just a couple of weeks ago for a quick getaway. This place was perfect. Great view of the Gulf from the balcony and all windows. Plenty of towels provided. Our stay was quiet. There are parts of beach still being rehabbed but not near this condo at all. The beach and the pool were great. Would book again without hesitation

Week January 13th Stay

Condo was nice, just big enough to enjoy and has a great view. Turns out it was rainy and cold else I'd have been disappointed about the lack of a pool but we were warned it might not be done. Glad there was at least one laundry room ready for use. I'd stay again!

Estero Island get away

Really liked the condo. Small but it had everything we needed for just the two of us. Location is outstanding. Pool was closed though due to the hurricane. That was the only bummer. Lots of work going on in the area from Ian which hammered the island.

Well upon arrival there was a smoke detector chirping and I called it was taken care of pretty. 2nd day we were told our toilet was leaking on the condo below us. A plumber came and removed our toilet thought he fixed it. So he left. I was getting ready to shower and no hot water. I called and emailed and the next day they emailed me back and said the circuit breaker was off and turn it back on. The plumber arrived back and said it was still leaking on the condo below us. So removed toilet again, cut a square hole in ceiling and discovered it was actually coming from 5th. So a few days later I had to contact tact them to let them know we still had hole in ceiling and dust continued to fall, so they taped it over. Other than that we had a good time.

Great Escape

We enjoyed our stay on Estero Island! We didn’t have a car, but could walk across the street and choose from a variety of restaurants. The pictures did not do the view justice-we could view sunsets from the patio which is huge for us!! The parking info was not mentioned on the rental agreement, so that should probably be updated. Also, no dishwasher in this particular unit, but not a big deal for just two people! We would return here in the future. Thanks so much!

Over all great vacation

Need to get king size pillows. Plastic cups for beach would be nice and a fan for the bedroom. Those are just tiny thing that would be helpful for the next guests.

My Review

Overall, good. I never received the pin code for the door by pool to enter. I had to go to pool and ask patrons and it was awkward. The kitchen can use more lighting, the utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, pots, etc not washed properly by last tenants. We had to re-wash before use. The sheet in bed had yellow stains. The bed was very comfortable! Neighbor was smoking, not cigarettes, the other stuff. We did enjoy our stay.

Was ok. Have a condo we usually stay at but was booked. Was surface clean but needs a deep clean. Sand all over the floor before we even went to the beach. Vents and plugs behind tables dirty. Need new bed pillows. They were yellow. Thought this would be a good lower cost alternative but with vrbo add ons it was not.

Incredible sunsets

I struggled giving this 5 stars and here is the reason.... father location is a 5 all the way. The views are absolutely stunning. The place is very small but we knew that and that was ok it was only 2 of us. My complaint is mainly the old couch and cushions outside. They really need updated. The new appliances were great. I cooked breakfast every morning and had everything I needed. The other thing is the bed pillows were below average. Flat and just not good. For a place that you pay good money for they need to go out and invest in some nice fluffy pillows for the guests. Overall it’s a cute little place with potential to be 5 stars. Views are a 5 for sure
