Het wordt niet beter dan de zon, het witte zand en het rustgevende geluid van de Golf van Mexico na een handige wandeling van twee minuten naar het strand, anders dan misschien een koud drankje! Perfecte locatie midden op het eiland biedt zowel ontspanning als gemakkelijke toegang tot de pier, winkels en restaurants. Ideaal gelegen in de buurt van Beach Access 16, waar Estero Boulevard en Dakota Street samenkomen, biedt dit luchtige strandhuisje de perfecte eilandvakantie.

Oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1954, heeft dit model strandhuisje drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Elke kamer heeft zijn eigen tv en stranddecor - de zeilkamer (queensize); de serre (queensize bed); en Surf Room (uitschuifbed). Het slaapt comfortabel 6 personen, met een slaapbank die twee extra personen kan slapen (maximale capaciteit van 8). Kabel-tv en draadloos internet zijn inbegrepen. Er zijn dekken zowel aan de voor- als achterkant van het huis om achterover te leunen, te ontspannen en te genieten van een verfrissende zeebries of kijk naar exotische palmbomen in Florida. Er is voldoende ruimte om te barbecueën of gewoon rond te hangen.

U zult niet teleurgesteld zijn met deze vakantiekeuze! Fort Myers Beach biedt zijn bezoekers een beetje van alles, inclusief prachtige stranden, varen (verhuur beschikbaar bij de plaatselijke jachthaven), winkels, restaurants, golf, minigolf, kajakken en nog veel, veel meer! Voor degenen die een beetje meer gedurfd zijn, zijn jetski's en parasailen beschikbaar. Het nabijgelegen Fort Myers is ook het Spring Training Home van de Boston Red Sox en Minnesota Twins.

Spring Break 2025

We had an amazing stay! Location was perfect for me and my two teen kids. Three minute walk across the street to the portion of Fort Myers Beach that was not crowded at all! Had so much space on the Beach!The property was so much more than the pictures. Lisa was an excellent host, when our flight changed she had no problem allowing us an extra day for a daily rate, she was so responsive.Short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Island!This house is a little slice of heaven!

Repeat Guests for Girls Trip

This is our second time staying in this vacation home and we will be back. Easy check in. The home is always clean and stocked. Publix is within walking distance, I recommend taking your own canvas bags. The beach is 2 blocks away. We prefer to rent chairs and umbrellas at the North end but you can take your own directly across the street. Uber is easily available but we loved grabbing the golf cart taxis from up town. Margaritaville is open to the public and was a fun place to spend a rainy day, they have trivia and bingo at La Di Dah. We had a great time!

Lovely home close to the beach

We had a great vacation at this house with our family. The house was extremely clean. It was nicely decorated, and fresh. We have four kids, so one of our children slept on the pullout couch, which worked well. It is a very short walk to the beach - maybe three minutes. They had four beach chairs and an umbrella as well as beach towels available for use. There were sufficient kitchen supplies for us to be able to cook. My only suggestion would be to have a couple folding chairs in the closet for use at the kitchen table. There were four chairs and we have six people in our family. We would love to come back!

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Quiet neighborhood and only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. Big grocery store about 6 blocks away. House was very clean and a perfect size for our family. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels to use. Lisa, the owner, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Beach Family Vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful!! Stocked with towels and all linens. Owners were absolutely amazing and very prompt and helpful. Perfect for a Family

This home was a perfect set-up for our small family. First impression upon entering was that it was very clean , light, many areas to sit alone or with others. Three nice sized bedrooms and best of all two FULL bathrooms. We had 3 adults and a 2 yr old toddler on this visit and that second rest room with showers in both kept us on time and ready to go ! Nicely surprised that plenty of shampoo, bath tissue, basic kitchen essentials were provided. The balcony’s on the front and back were a fantastic place to enjoy my book and morning coffee before the heat of the day. AC in the unit worked fantastic and was essential after temps in the mid 90’s each day. We were able to enjoy the beach carts /toys each day and everything you need for a day on the beach is provided ( bring your own sunscreen) including an beach umbrella. The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes,! The outside lower level was a perfect spot to play cards ,have cocktails in the evenings. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood for a low key vacation. Do not rent if you are looking for all night , loud parties. Would not be received well. This is mid-island neighborhood and far away from the pretty people that party until dawn !If you’re looking for that type of vacation you need to book down near the pier at the other end of the island. We used the trolley (1.50 per person) to get to dinner, bar, Publix. Everything is fairly close and we had zero issues getting what we needed. Owners were extremely quick to respond, check in was so easy. No issues. I can’t imagine ever using a hotel again , when traveling with a group. We will use this home again and will plan our next trip around its availability. Five stars!

Ok so two minutes away from the beach... yes. It was not far at all. The house was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. 3 bdroom 2 bath. Extra storage. Grill. Stuff to take to the beach. Spare fridge. Front and back deck. We loved this place and when we return we will stay here.

5 sisters Celebrating oldest 75th Bday!, very active. Cottage very well occommaded

Wonderful location, overall comfortable accommodations! We cooked all of our meals and used the grill to have small gathering with other family! Sleeps 6 if you use the foldout sofa. Very good value over all! We will definitely consider another stay in the future! Thank you!

Fabulous beach home

We stayed here during our spring break. The house is darling; photos really do not do it justice. The location was great; off the busy street and only one block away from the beach with a very accessible crosswalk. A grocery store is just down the street and if you head the opposite direction of the town square, you miss all of the traffic and there are great restaurants, a movie theater, and ice cream within a 5 - 10 minute drive. The house has everything a family needs: the beach wagon, multiple boogie boards, beach toys and shelling nets, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach bag, and grass mats. You could not ask for more. The house also was well stocked with laundry soap, TP, kitchen needs, etc. We were thrilled with our stay and our interaction with the owners and would certainly return again. Thank you for a great stay for our family of 5.

Great home away from home for vacation

Great location, bike rentals worked well for trips to Time Square. Just a block from the Gulf for beach walks, lawn chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and wagon available to transport everything. Tram stop one block away. Property management very friendly, responsive and efficient. Extra bedroom and pull out couch accommodate extra house guests easily.

This house was perfect! Clean, well furnished, and all the beach equipment anyone could possibly need. The washer and dryer was a great convenience. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Publix and many restaurants. It’s only a short walk to beach access 16, which was so convenient.

Nice place close to the beach

We had a great time and enjoyed the house. Everything you would need for a vacation. I was a little thrown off when someone called me after our stay and asked how many people stayed at the house, said the cleaners believed there were more than our family, the reason I was thrown off is because we left the house in great condition, almost exactly how it was when we arrived so this was confusing. Other that that I have nothing but great compliments to the house and our stay there.
