Eiland charme met uitzonderlijk privé zwembad


Kom en koesteren in de zon rond het prachtige nieuwe verwarmde zwembad en spa in dit prachtig gerenoveerde, verhoogde huisje. Gelegen op slechts 4 huizen van Estero Blvd, onze witte suiker zandstrand is een zeer korte wandeling aan de overkant. Om de hoek vindt u het Heavenly Biscuit voor ontbijt en lunch en de nieuwe Royal Scoop Ice Cream Shop. Diamond Head Resort met twee fantastische restaurants ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand. De pier en Times Square zijn minder dan 10 minuten lopen.  Als u vliegt naar Fort Myers Airport (RSW), kunt u een bus nemen naar de eiland-shuttle die aan het einde van onze straat stopt. Huur een fiets (de beste manier om het eiland te ervaren) en je hoeft geen auto te huren !. Er zijn ook verschillende fietsverhuurbedrijven in de buurt.

Een eethoek en een keuken met prachtige granieten aanrechten en een royaal eiland maken van de maaltijd een aangename familieaangelegenheid. Twee slaapkamers met kingsize bed, elk met een ensuite badkamer en een stapelbed kamer die toegankelijk is vanaf de Master of keuken. Alle 3 slaapkamers hebben een tv. Zonnig zwembad dek en een mooie schaduwrijke patio met koelkast, magnetron en eethoek in de buurt van de grill. Rust en verjong in dit fantastische vakantieobject.  Dit is echt een eiland-bedel.

Three of us have been friends for 50 plus years and our girls weekend was perfect at your home. Minutes to the beach and everything we needed. The home was beautiful and we were humbled by the the devastation from the hurricane.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Charm! It was the perfect size for our family of four - two adults and two kids under 10. The kids loved having separate bedrooms with TVs and, of course, we enjoyed having one in ours as well. The bathrooms were a little snug, but were fine for a week of vacation. We loved having everything on one floor and a great couch for watching movies on a rainy day. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, seating throughout the house and the kitchen was perfect. The island is huge and the fridge was fantastic. The pool was great! We never turned the spa on - it was already hot enough! - but the kids loved having a smaller space to play, so it was a lovely addition to the pool. There were plenty of chairs and we enjoyed the table, mini fridge and overhead fan (all out of the sun) while eating lunch and dinner. The grill worked like a charm and there were plenty of great things under the stairs - chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and a beach wagon. We enjoyed walking down to the ice cream shop from the house and also stopping on our way back from the beach. The house is a 5 minute walk from a beach access point (#28) that is located directly across from a crosswalk. And an added bonus, the access point had a Mobi-Mat installed, allowing for ADA beach access. While we did not need this for disability reasons, it made it much easier for the kids to walk down the path and to pull the beach wagon. *chef's kiss*

This is a very nice house with a great location; within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for four adults and three teens. Pool and hot tub were nice. All the mattress’ are terrible and the room with bunk beds was very small for teens.

There were no challenges with the property. It was smaller than I anticipated however the jacuzzi made up for the size. Great location! Loved being near the beach! Enjoyed the relaxing vacation!

Cute house with a great location. Quiet street, short walk to beach, AC works well, nice pool and hot (warm) tub attached. We had a great time, found house comfy decorated nicely, two things that could have made it a five start stay....pool cleaning and house cleaning supplies. We checked in on a Saturday and the pool was not cleaned until Friday afternoon, after a week of use it defiantly needed vacuumed and some chemicals, doing it mid stay or even providing a vacuum for people to use would have been nice, I vacuum our pool at home almost every day to keep it clean, we did the best we could with the net but as you know that does nothing for the bottom or the chemicals needed. The other complaint was there was not a single thing to clean the house with...no counter disinfectant, no stove top cleaner, nothing to wipe down bathrooms with. We rent houses often, all over the world, and have always had the basics left (cleaners, disinfectants, salt and pepper, etc) this was a first with us and was shocking, you would think they would like us to keep their house clean. We borrowed some from our friends that rented a house down the street that was well stocked as I was not buying everything to clean a house for our 1 week stay. Add some cleaners and mid stay pool maintenance and this would be a 5 star place.

We loved this rental property. The house and pool were exactly what we were looking for. Our kids loved the bunk room and the pool. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach cart is a huge help.
