Onlangs gerenoveerd! Privé zwembad - 3BR / 3BA

Dit grachtenhuis is bijgewerkt met een nieuwe keuken met granieten aanrecht en een eethoek op het eiland. De open plattegrond, onlangs gerenoveerd met nieuwe tegelvloeren, nieuw meubilair en vernieuwd sanitair, kijkt uit over een verwarmd zwembad, een steiger en de gracht die toegang biedt tot de Golf van Mexico.

Alle drie de slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer. De master suite heeft een aparte ingang naar het dek met uitzicht op het zwembad en de gracht. De Great Room is nieuw ingericht en heeft een hd-tv met Comcast On-Demand en een entertainmentsysteem met surround sound. Draadloos internet is beschikbaar in het hele huis (en het zwembad!)
Het huis ligt 200 meter van een van de breedste punten van het strand op Fort Myers Beach. Als u bekend bent met de Outrigger Tiki Hut Bar, bevindt het huis zich direct aan de andere kant van Estero Boulevard. Curlew Street ligt tussen de Dinner Movie Theatre en Charley's Boathouse Restaurant.

House was perfect. FMB is still is disrepair form the Ean hurricane. Expect lots of traffic delays during late afternoon and early evening commutes because of the traffic light and planet hollywood resort that opened at the end of the beach before the bridge.

Nice house

Less than a year ago the hurricane hit this area, I was impressed with the condition of the house. This is a wonderful location in an area that will be even better as fort meyers beach comes back from the storm. We enjoyed our visit, and we were a short drive to wherever we wanted to go.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. The pool and the lanai are great. The inside looks exactly like the pictures. I wish we would have had a heads up about the storm damage to the bottom half of the house before we arrived. This would not have changed our minds but it was a little surprising when we pulled up. It also would have been nice to have more toiletries and paper towels available, or a heads up that we would need to bring our own. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice vacay!

Our family stayed in this house for 5 days and it was nice and roomy. The pool was wonderful! We actually saw a dolphin swim right under the dock chasing fish. A suggestion would be to have a key lock instead of having to drive to an off site location to obtain the keys. Our flight was very delayed and at 4:00 a.m. it was a bit much to drive by the house to get the keys. We also experienced a lot of bug bites while fishing so we definitely recommend bug spray!!! Overall, we had a great time and made lots of memories.

This property was such a great location! Super easy walk to the beach & chairs/wagon/cooler was available if we needed it. The place was big enough for 5 adults (or more) to comfortably hangout, pool was clean and we had a great time! Plenty of options for dinner around us as well. Perfect for our group of three couples since each had their own bedroom and bath, but does need some updates with towels and bedding. Location was quiet and close to beach. Pool was wonderful but more loungers would enhance pool time. Would definitely rent again-great place!

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. This was close to the beach and walking distance to Catholic Church, Publix, and restaurants. We had a wonderful four weeks and were sorry to hear that it wasn't available the same time in 2023. Just an FYI: Avoid driving to North end of the island during the day. We went to play miniature golf on San Carlos Blvd, took two hours to get off the island, about 4.5 miles. It was much easier to drive south to Bonita Springs for shopping and dining.

Fantastic vacation and great location

This is a great house and location. Close to restaurants, shopping and of course the beautiful white sand beaches! We had 3 adult couples and plenty of room. The only thing I would recommend is that the front southeast bedroom desperately needs a new mattress. It might be fine for children, but for an adult it feels like sleeping in a bowl.
