Bright, clean, airy, nicely decorated, and newly remodeled this vacation home features an open concept living areas and lots of ceiling fans so you can turn off the A/C and open up the windows and lanai doors to let in the Gulf breezes.

The fully equipped, beautifully updated Kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances comes with dishware and cookware so you can prepare all your meals or enjoy take out. The open floor layout offers a Gulf view from the kitchen. For more formal dining, there's a table for 4 with comfy seats so you and your guests can sit and talk about your day at the beach.

In the living room, you will find lots of comfortable seating and a wall mounted large screen TV for family viewing. Straight through the sliding glass doors to the screened in lanai where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine or hours of relaxation reading the newest best seller.

The Master Bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, its own TV and a private lanai access. The Master Bath features a walk in shower. On the opposite side of the condo sits the Guest Bedroom that has a Queen-sized bed and its own TV. Right next door is the Guest Bath with a walk in shower. For your convenience, there's free WiFi in the unit, a building elevator, on-site parking and a laundry facility located on-site in the Seaside building.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Beautifully landscaped with palm trees swaying in the sea breeze, Seaside is located directly on the Gulf. Your backyard is 7 miles of sugar sand and the emarald green waters of the Gulf. Fort Myers Beach is one of the country's top rated beaches and is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, white sandy beach, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing. Mid island is known for its relaxing and care free atmosphere.

Seaside offers guests all the amenities in a tropical setting. Relax on the beach or swim in the Gulf or take a dip in the resort-sized pool. There's plenty of lounge chairs poolside, and BBQ grills to enjoy.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars open, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world-famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Further south, Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and its just across the street!

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
