De mooie Sunset Captiva # 51 vakantiewoning woning is gelegen in de prive, rustige, gemeenschap van "Sunset Captiva" tegenover het zwembad en de strandpromenade. De gemeenschap is centraal gelegen op meer dan 6 mijl van spectaculair strand aan de Golf van Mexico. Er is een zwembad, een aanlegsteiger, twee tennisbanen en een recreatiegebied compleet met gasgrills en picknicktafels. Het is ook gunstig gelegen dicht bij The Village en de beste restaurants, winkels en recreatie. Dit is een plek die geweldig is om te wandelen en te verkennen.

Property was clean and very comfortable, located within close walking distance to the beach and several restaurants in the heart of Captiva Island. Our only complaint would be the clothes washing machine - it is extremely loud when doing laundry and not located in an area where a door can be shut to minimize the noise.

Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and had a lot of room..the kitchen was very well equipped..the washer had a few issues and very loud but we managed for the two weeks..the tv was different when there is no cable for people that are not used to using the other options it’s rough we had local channels and found a couple of programs too watch, but would have liked the option of more....the pool was awesome!!!! We were there every day cause we’re not beach people.. the grills were very nice we did use them.. the house was clean, I did a few things but that’s just me!!! Very impressed with all the work that has been done and being worked on..glad too see the great progress!!

Captiva - location, location, location!

Sunset Captiva is incredible - great pool, easy beach access and so close to the heart of Captiva, Andy Rosse Lane. Will not stay at 51 Oster Ct. again - we’ll appointed but master bedroom had tiny, rock hard Queen bed. King bed people!!

Overall we had a good stay but when we did need anything from the Mgmt company and asked or reported issues, it all depends what staff member you get as to how that experience goes. Most the interactions were positive but one in particular was not.
